Positive: Beautiful, clean well stocked.

Positive: We loved everything about it. We stayed for 4 nights. The location was great because it was a little ways out of the town so after enjoying the hustle and bustle of town we could escape to a quiet and peaceful condo and truly unwind. The pool and hot tub were nice. Finally the staff was incredibly friendly and very responsive if you had questions or needed anything. Negative: My only suggestion is if Prestige is looking to expand or improve is to have a little corner store up at the resort. This way if you forget anything when you get to your condo (it’s a bit of a drive back down to Gatlinburg) you could just walk to the corner store without having to drive back down the mountain. No major complaints though

Positive: The View from the balcony at Sunset The Unit was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Negative: Lack of any onsite staff Bubbly/foamy hot tub (deformed would fix) Fussy Outdoor Fire pits Several chairs on main deck were improperly screwed and failing. Garbage bins could be more idiot proof. Neighbors attracted momma bear and two cubs that broke into trash bin and vehicle to get at garbage at walkway to unit. No answer when we call PM, No urgency when we called the emergency contact. No access to more toilet paper and fresh towels Common areas showing age & appearance of neglect, eg. Dirt, leaf mulch & Cobwebs on Steps

Positive: It was a very nice well kept property. Unit C306 need to fix the refrigerator for it had a little trouble staying closed. Negative: The extra seating in the living room was a little low. Would benefit will a card type table. But these are minor things.

The stay was nice. The kitchen is small but has all the basic utensils you need. For future guests: bring extra trash bags, coffee, spices, and cooking oil if you’re staying more than one night. If you stay longer than two nights, you’ll need to wash your towels. The laundry room is a short walk and easy to access, but you’ll need quarters to run the machines.

Positive: Absolutely loved this property. The view was amazing, the place was so cozy and clean.

The house was nice however, Overall the stay was nice and relaxing and based on the location of the home and I would stay again with some small modifications done. The property did reach out to me about having to change my property that I originally booked and I was happy about that. Once those fews changes are made this property would be one to rent once a year. Very nice views, we enjoyed seeing the animals on the property.

Glad there were blankets! Well kitted out except no scissors Would have been great to have a welcome pack tea/ coffee/ sugar/milk and basics such as salt and pepper It was probably a bit far out of Gatlinburg so one you were back it was too far to nip back

Positive: The views they were beautiful and the space was perfect

Positive: The views were exceptional. The apartment was very clean and organized. The air conditioning worked amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had heat pressure and long lasting hot water (and there’s a bluetooth speaker light!). Overall, it was the best birthday getaway! Negative: The ONLY issue (and it’s not even really an issue) is that the walls are very thin and you can hear any surrounding neighbors.

This cabin is so beautiful & in a great location. About 10 min from downtown Gatlinburg and close to gas stations! The cabin was very clean, easy check in and had a lot of amenities to use! We would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Positive: I loved the breathtaking views and the location. It wasn’t too far from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. I also enjoyed the pool and laundry services were convenient as well. Negative: There was nothing I can think of!

Positive: VIEWS! Good location, far enough away from tourist area to get the amazing views and quiet but close enough to visit all the attractions easily. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Very comfortable as well. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and saw two bears in the parking lot and on the Roaring Fork Trail. Perfect getaway. Negative: Could have used a extra blanket for the bed and throw for the sofa. May have been there but was unable to find. Its an older complex, the pool and hot tub area a bit worn but it seemed clean and again the condo felt updated, modern and clean. Will definitely rent again.

Positive: We loved the view, the place was very nice and comfortable. Good place to relax . Negative: The people upstairs was very noisy stooping on the floor late at night. The last three nights of our stay. Had disturbed our sleep.

Had a great time, definitely worth the money!

Positive: Loved the whole house. Will be keeping an eye on for future stays. We had a bear family make a visit to the front door! A mama and 3 babies. Negative: This was a mistake on our part, didn’t notice the warning of the lock on the front door knob. It blended it with other instructions and in my chaos of packing and getting ready for the long drive I missed it.

Positive: The view was absolutely amazing! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! We were very comfortable! We saw a bear in the parking lot on the last day and it was incredible! Negative: The kitchen sink sensor was acting up and the facility pool was cloudy and not super inviting. The drive to the resort was scary the first time because of the inclines and curves but we got used to it!

Positive: The views were exceptional. The rental was very nice. Negative: The ceiling fans!!! The living room one knocked and the bedroom fan rang like a school bell.

We had a great stay! We arrived about 8 minutes before the official check-in time, and although the door code didn’t work initially, a quick phone call got us in without any trouble. Thank you for the quick response! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our four-day family stay. A couple of suggestions: for a cabin that sleeps 12, a traditional coffee maker would be a great addition. The single-serve Keurig just wasn’t quite enough for our group of 6! 😊 There were also quite a few board and card games available, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately many were missing pieces or had pieces mixed into the wrong game boxes, making them difficult to use. Overall, though, these were minor things, and we really enjoyed our time away and making memories with our family!

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The home was nice and clean, pool was clean, enough space for everyone, only issue is from the photos it appears to be off the lake, it is not. But other than that great home to enjoy your vacation in👍

For the most part, the home was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. One of the bedroom tvs was broken before our stay (which they communicated before check-in) and the arcade games didn’t work for us. Other than that, we had a great stay and would consider one of their properties in the future.

Positive: Probably one of the best vies of the smokies I’ve ever seen! Maybe one of the best one out there, literally right from your balcony. Negative: I’m not a fan of carpet.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that the place had the essential items to prepare a meal at the cabin. We would have liked to have basic cleaning items like dish cloths to clean up after ourselves and trash bags. Full soap and shampoo dispensers would have been appreciated. We were bummed that the remote controls to the TVs did not work after exchanging the batteries and trying them all to see if they accidentally got switched up from the wrong tv. The shuffleboard was missing, the arcades did not work, and there was a rip in the pool table. We chose this cabin for the pool and the game room. I addressed my concerns but no one ever got back to me about them. It was disappointing. If you’re planning on booking for the game room, confirm with the owner if all items are available and if they work. It’s a beautiful place with a magnificent view! Enjoy!

Overall we enjoyed the house and had a great trip. The internet kept going out which impacted our ability to stream and do some work when needed. The house was surface clean but we did notice dust and cobwebs throughout the home.

Positive: The view was spectacular and the condo was comfortable. Negative: Would have liked extra blankets but otherwise it was perfect for our long weekend.

Came for a girls weekend. Clean place with a nice view. The lake access was a little further than we first anticipated but once we got there it was nice.

Positive: The view was phenomenal! The condo was cute and clean. We had everything we needed and would love to stay again. Beware, a bear greeted us in the parking lot on arrival but we didn’t bother him and he didn’t bother us.

Our stay was fantastic, it’s so beautiful the cabin and the views. Kids loved the pool soo nice having so many bathrooms. Host were very kind and responsive, private beach was adorable.. I 100% would come back.

Positive: Amazing place with an amazing view!! All items stocked perfectly like tp, trash bags, spices, pots and pans, dishes, towels, etc. Negative: Only downside was the back of the bathroom by shower is very dark. Just needs another light

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The view was very much worth it. It was 7 of us and it was still pretty spacious. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve racking, but hey it’s Gatlinburg. Definitely pleased with our stay.

A neat apartment that matched the description well. The views were beautiful.

Overall it was a very nice complex with a beautiful view. However the unit had two problems. The door jam between the hall and the primary bedroom had been splintered and one of the sofa cushions had a large rip in it.

Positive: I LOVED how cozy it felt and the views of the balcony the hosts were amazing with the cleanliness Negative: I liked how close we were to the pool and that we were on the bottom so we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone with our walking or talking

Positive: Very clean and a beautiful view of the mountains Negative: It’s at least 20 minutes away from the nearest store and close to 30 to 40 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip.

Enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo was super clean, check-in was seamless, and the host was easy to communicate with. The balcony views are incredible, and having access to the pool and hot tub was a huge plus. Excellent value for the price. Location-wise, it’s about 15–20 minutes from Gatlinburg’s Parkway (with free parking available on the route to hop on the trolley) and 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Personally, I think the incredible view more than makes up for the travel time if you’re on the fence.

We absolutely ADORED this home, very spacious and decorated nice. This was a home always from home. We cooked and grilled at the house just so we can take full advantage of all it had to offer especially PEACE. Thanks I needed to bring I. My birthday like that, will definitely return to this home😊

Positive: We loved the view! We had plenty of linens and the space accommodated our family of 6 perfectly! We had some bear visitors that came up to the cars, so be aware of that if you have a rental pay for the insurance 😌. We didn’t get any damage but they were getting into peoples truck beds. Wonderful showers and the pool/hot tub was a nice extra! The laundry room did have a coin machine and the machines worked perfectly. The grounds are well maintained and they remove the trash regularly. Staff was very nice and accommodating to any questions I had. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends! Negative: No downfalls. Everything was perfect! As noted in the listing recommend you grab some toilet paper, dishwasher soap pods, and spices with your grocery run!

Super cute and clean condo with a gorgeous view. We had a minor issue with the tv remotes and they were very quick to come out and remedy. We would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The views were amazing! We had trouble with the coffee maker but they quickly responded and brought a replacement. Would definitely stay here again!

I was so thankful for the wonderful communication and helping my husband during the check-in process. I was very greatful and could not be more appreciative for how well they took care of the situation and took care of my family.

Positive: The photos were exactly what the property looks like. Everything was clean and nice but the view was the most amazing thing for me! Negative: The only two things I didn’t care for was the bathroom was on the small side and the drive up the mountain to get to the condos. It’s a bit scary because of the narrow winding roads but the experience was worth it.

This peaceful spot was right in the midst of the beautiful mountains. It was super quiet and relaxing and just what we were looking for after the crazy traffic snd crowds in Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The best part was seeing deer and bears right nearby!! We felt perfectly safe, but it was great to have nature and wildlife everywhere. The balcony was our favorite spot with the mountains changing their look every hour. There is most everything you need in the condo. Ice cubes were already made in the freezer, too. There is an indoor pool just a few steps away. There were many children there during our stay, so we skipped the pool area. The deck by the pool was lovely with more beautiful views.

Our stay was great! The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful!

Positive: The view was great, the apartment was nice and comfortable. Negative: The TV in the master bedroom I was only able to watch murder she wrote if I tried watching anything else it would freeze or show an error page. The lamp in the living room had a busted light so we didn’t use it. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Wonderful sunrise views overlooking the lake. Close enough to all the attractions, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was exactly as described. My husband and I had a comfortable stay. But our favorite part was probably the view of the mountains. It was absolutely phenomenal!

Great communication, clean & onlooker just like pictures! Everything we needed was there including board games, extra towels, kitchen stuff & extra coffee and trash bags!

I can’t speak highly enough of my time spent here. The price point, the communication, the space and the location…. omg the location! I could have sat on that balcony all day and night! Before arriving in was very nervous about the drive up there because (after booking) I read reviews mentioning it and can I say, as a generally anxious person, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had made it out to be in my mind. The pace was very comfortable and clean abd the views mesmerising. We experienced a beautiful thunderstorm, saw a beaver, geese and a mama bear and her 3 cubs. Me and my family had an amazing time! Host was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely stay again!Not even a negative, but the only thing that wasn’t perfect was the internet was very spotty, but that should be expected when you’re so deep into the mountains. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you!

I traveled with my daughter and never stayed in a condo here before. It was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and pool. The view is too die for.

It was pretty far up from everything. I’ve never stayed that far up in Gatlinburg. But overall it was a pleasant stay and nice views.

Perfect cabin for my friends and I. We had a great time, especially in the game room. We even got to see a bear walking near the road, which made the trip even more memorable. Everything was beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again.
