Overall place looks exactly like the picture . Quite great place . They do need to do something about the ventilation moldy vents and I found a roach in one of the restrooms . But overall it was a good stay.

The pans were dirty, the bed was very rough and the pillows were FLAT, and I found some glass on the floor that was swept underneath the cabinets. but other than those few things it was a nice place and a very nice view and was a good place for the weekend!

Everything was exactly as described! The views are absolutely gorgeous and no pictures do justice. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. It’s very up in the mountains but the drive it worth it. Super clean and felt so cozy and at home the whole time!! Will most definitely be back

-Other reviews mentioned the sunrise and they weren’t kidding. The view from the decks (are just breathtaking. -Cabin was very clean and clutter free. Hot tubs were clean and great. My wife can be very particular about cleanliness at AirBnBs and she was thrilled and that’s worth a lot lol. -We got to make a bear friend on the last day who hung out on the porch for a few minutes when we were inside. -Kitchen was well stocked with cooking hardware. -Very friendly and responsive host. -Pulp Fiction pinball machine was pretty cool. Overall the cabin was very cozy and we had a great weekend of peace and amazing views. Short drive to Gatlinburg as well. Definitely recommend!

By the time we got there it was dark and we had a little trouble finding the right place. But I think that was more of an “us” issue. We had no problems getting inside and everything was clean and inviting. The balcony was perfect. And the views were amazing. The kitchen is a bit narrower than the picture but all in all everything was great. The beds were comfy. We also used the pool and hot tub. Much appreciated after a walk up Kuwohi. We’ll keep this in mind for next year

Great stay

From start to finish the entire planned trip was fantastic and flawless ! Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary and being able to wake up to see the beautiful mountains outside our windows were truly breathtaking. We will definitely consider coming back and using this host and company again. *Be warned* If you are not an experienced driver, going to the condo (deer ridge) will be a challenge being that its literally up a mountain with very narrow roads. Its manageable but some of the locals are not patient and will ‘push’ (tailgate) you out the way to get to their destination. Driving up the mountain at night will prove to be difficult for less experienced drivers. Just take your time and you’ll be just fine ! Thank you, from The Jordans

This place has the most beautiful view! This alone is worth the stay. I also appreciated that it was in a semi-private space, but could still get into town fairly quickly. The place is spacious, just not as large as the pics make it appear, but still fine for a group of 7. Our trip was a fast one and would have loved to stay 1 or 2 more days to grill. Thank you again for the stay and communication

We at first given a unit that had not been cleaned. We arrived late at night and calling for assistance we were told they would call of back once they got hold of house keeping. You cannot get house cleaning to thoroughly clean a unit in a few minutes from disinfecting, scour, change sheets, vacuuming and trash. After quite a wait they located another unit. This unit was clean dated furniture, sofa needs replaced, plywood cabinets but clean. The best feature is the privacy with a million dollar view. The condo was quite all amenities, two king beds, two full baths full kitchen. Once again the view from the condos was amazing. The fall foliage beautiful and they have bears that make appearances. Even with the rough check in, the quiet with a view was amazing.

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It is very new and clean, and it had everything in the kitchen. We cooked every meal. The fireplace was very cozy and romantic. The beds were very comfortable and an excellent supply of towels and pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the location in driving into Gatlinburg was quick. And we really enjoyed many hikes, especially chimney top. Thank you so much for such a beautiful place and such great professionalism.

This stay was absolutely perfect !! The view was breathtaking and such peace all around. It wasn’t noisy at all and the place was so cozy. I usually miss home when I go on vacation but honestly, I felt at home. Pro tip: Make sure you shop before heading up to the condo as there is nothing around for at least 30 min! we got there around 3 am and were hungry from the road trip but we had to wait until later 😭 haha but the view we woke up to was worth it!

Positive: The view was amazing. Unit was.clean and comfortable. Negative: Drive up steep drive and no room for 2 cars especially if you have a large vehicle. View was amazing but no food close. We had to drive 8-10 miles for food. It would be great if there was a shuttle.service to drop us off in Gatlinburg. Reading when we booked i thought it was closer to town.

Positive: The location and everything was just as described and simple no contact in and out. Fully stocked with all things needed to prepare a meal and lots of storage space in fridge and freezer. Tons of thick white bath towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super clean and friendly staff communication. Nice television’s in den and all rooms. Plenty of outlets. Quiet and clean surroundings. Excellent views. Negative: The firewood was wet and it was all we had. No biggie except in snowed a lot and we couldn’t go for firewood. Main reason I went with a cabin. But still just a little hiccup

The property was beautiful! The space was nice and quaint with a breathtaking view. The only downside is the water pressure throughout the property is not very strong. Outside of that, I’d definitely recommend this place to others especially for a cozy visit to the area.

Extremely beautiful place with an even more beautiful view! The drive to get there is definitely a little tricky but the views make it so worth it! It sits a little bit off of the city and makes for a perfect quiet get away after enjoying the festivities.

We absolutely loved our place !! Everything was clean and more than we could have expected !!

The condo is very nicely updated, and the host service was responsive in a very timely manner. We’ve stayed at Deer Ridge many years now, and this was definitely the nicest looking condo we’ve ever had. It just did not have a dinner table…there are 2 barstools to sit at the counter, or a card table and chairs to set up if you want. However…my primary two issues with the place were the fact we got there and the door was wide open, so anyone or anything could’ve wandered in. Turns out the door wouldn’t latch/stay closed unless the electronic deadbolt was locked, which made loading and unloading our car inconvenient. Then the second day we were there, we had a realtor show up unannounced to the condo, which was weird and uncomfortable. This was my first time having any issues at these condos out of 25+ years of staying there. The host service was quick to respond, but beyond apologies did not have much to contribute. Still, I would stay there again, it was a nice condo.

We had a wonderful time! The view, especially this time of year with the fall foliage was unreal. The home was cozy and comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, and fire pits were an extra plus! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Gatlinburg.

We had an awesome stay! We have a four month old and staying somewhere where it’s clean, with a kitchen, and all the amenities it has was ideal! Awesome stay. Would stay here again!

The place was lovely, we had a great view of the mountains. The place was clean and everything was easy to find. I didn’t need much so I didn’t have to bother my host but I loved that they were available if I did need them for anything.

We enjoyed a family birthday week to explore Gatlinburg and the Smokey National Park with the convenience and comfort of going back to a beautiful home that was comfortable and had everything you needed. It was very clean withcomfortable bedding. And robes were provided for use after the hot tub. We even got to enjoy a bear walking across the yard!

My husband and I enjoyed getting away for a day and a half to enjoy hiking in the Smoky Mountains. The fall colors were beautiful and the mountains quiet and peaceful!

The kitchen is stocked with plenty dishes and pots and pans. Negative: Only thing is it is steep incline to drive up.

everything was great, the hot water in the master bathroom upstairs could get a little hotter and the stink bugs were bad on the deck upstairs compared to the one downstairs and it’s a bummer we couldn’t use the garage but overall it was amazing would definitely book again!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that being on the bottom floor, we could hear quite a bit of noise from the neighbors above us. The floors squeaked every time they walked or used the restroom, and they were up early every morning and a few times during the night, so it got a little noisy at times. Other than that, the place was very nice, and we definitely plan on coming back—just not on the bottom floor next time!

Booked based on the balcony view & it was absolutely stunning! Perfect view of sunrise & sunset across the mountains. The drive up the property was windy, but we made sure to be in before sunset & it was very doable. Only recommendation is to put a mattress topper on the bed as we travel a lot & found that our backs were very sore each morning. All in all, I would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Gatlinburg! The space was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely majestic, and we really enjoyed relaxing and taking it all in. Parking was conveniently available, and everything on the property felt secure and well-maintained. Downtown Gatlinburg was very easy to access, making it simple to explore the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! We also saw Bear from our balcony.
