Everything was wonderful, great view and friendly environment

We took a weekend trip up there for my son 16th birthday and let’s just say our trip was well needed and peaceful. The view was amazing and although the house had great pictures online the view in person was even better. Once checked in we did have some minor issues and they were addressed with the host immediately, they responded back in a timely manner and sent someone out to the property so thank you for that. Wished we had an extra day but I will most definitely stay there again and my family enjoyed as well!!

Positive: Convenient location. Fun games for the kids. Everything seemed new and nice. Negative: Living room furniture set up was not great.

Positive: A lot of space, cozy, close to parkway(entertainment), beautiful view, relaxing, decorations, grill, the entire setting on deck, games/ boxing game, Negative: The cushion that go to the two chairs in the living room where you put your foot at wasn’t clean but everything was in the house. Maybe putting a bright light were the hot tub is located.

The only issue was that when we got there, it was very cold. Someone had set the thermostat to 60 in December. The thermostat had an alarm cover on it so we didn’t know it was the thermostat. Some rentals actually lock the thermostat up so we weren’t sure we even had access to it but we did reach out to the hosts and they helped us which I am thankful for also they had firewood in there which we used until the house warmed up(took a long time!!) I’m not sure who turned it down to 60, maybe the cleaners but please don’t do that in winter 🙁

Positive: The house was very beautiful and spacious Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I was very excited about this location. However the drive up to the spot was quite a bit further up than I had thought. Got in, and there were a few cleaning issues. Captain crunch on the bathroom floor, booger wiped under the staircase, visible from the couch, and stain on the place mates from food. Internet would not connect to my teens phones. (I’m sure you can imagine how devastating that was) more importantly, I work on call and the lack of internet was very problematic. No resolution until an hr before we were leaving. The spacious sleeping arrangements were appreciated though.

Nice cozy place will book again

It is truly a beautiful place for any big family gathering. We enjoyed how quite and the views were. Definitely recommend this place

Positive: We chose this condo for our family Christmas, and we stayed six nights. The condo was very clean and had all the basic amenities. It was very warm and cozy. It had beautiful Mountain views. It’s located away from all the noise and traffic. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and gadgets to cook with. My kids loved the indoor pool and play area. For the most part, it was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Negative: There were very few things that we didn’t like. If I had to be nit-picky, the queen bed in the master bedroom was hard and leaned on the edges, like it was about to fall. The water pressure was slow. And there’s no washer/dryer in the condo. You could also hear the neighbors upstairs. But that’s it.

Truly one of the best views in Gatlinburg! We had the best time and were pleasantly surprised to see 2 hot tubs! Perfect for friend groups and families! Fully paved drive with stunning sights and perfect privacy!

Where do I start? Upon arrival we discovered one of the worst mountain drives we have ever taken. Switch backs that were a good 180 degrees while going up. I have stayed at many cabins down in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but this was the worst. Once we got up the mountain and found the condo. It was easy to get into. When you first walk in the condo is okay. Absolutely no holiday decor to liven the place up. It was WAY smaller than described. The floor literally rocks and rolls uneven. Then there is the bathroom. That floor felt like we were standing on an iceberg! Absolutely no warmth at all. The plug in is loose and shorts out. The entire place wouldn’t warm up. We had the temp set clear up to 78 and couldn’t get warm. Then there is the bed. What a rock-hard mattress. We actually chose to leave Saturday around noon as we just couldn’t take another night in that place. I have been down to the area 7 times now. NEVER have I ever left early! We were so disappointed. Save your Money!

The home is really beautiful which is what drew me to book the home however there is several issues and the host is not helpful at all. They respond and send you a I’m sorry message but nothing changes / get fixed. The main reason we booked this home was because of the heated pool as we had kids. the pool was not heated at all. I texted the host the day of check in to verify the pool would be heated when we checked in the water was not heated and very cold because the water is in the basement level in the ground. We were not able to enjoy a main reason why we booked this home. I advised the host immediately the day we checked in the pool never got fixed “ they couldn’t get in contact with the pool vendor” we lost hot water several times a house that sleep 14 ( we had 10 guest ) people need a big hot water tank. 2 people would shower and the water would be cold. There are nails sticking out the stairs one of our kids got hurt. Beautiful home but we spent 1.4k we should have amenities.

Beautiful home surrounded by plenty of things to do. The host were amazing and responsive. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to come to anaskeeta, downtown, Dollywood, pigeon forge and the smokys or just reset for a while.

Positive: Very nice views and not too bad getting to it. Negative: Only issue if any, was guest upstairs were noisy with the foot traffic.

Response time from the people great peace great gettin to destination was so so esp in bad weather which wasn’t to bad but if it was wudve been scary and the pool wasn’t warm didn’t really get to enjoy that maybe if we had a longer stay we could have the watever I. Shower was hot but the pressure wasn’t so hard like it should’ve been but other than them minor things which is work with able wished we had more time thank u i recommend

We had an amazing time! The view was so beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. Not far from doing fun activities! We will be back

Positive: The view was amazing and there were cooking utensils provided and games Negative: The ceiling started leaking a day into our trip in the bathroom. We came back to the floors being wet and the bathroom basically flooded. We couldn’t use the restroom for the remainder of the day as when we tried water was running all down our backs. It was impossible to sleep as your just heard dripping all night from both leaking locations. I’ve mentioned it to the property management and it didn’t appear to be a rush to fix it or reach out about crediting us for this huge inconvenience.

Positive: I loved that it was at the top of the mountain, awesome views. The staff was also very easy to contact! Negative: A suggestion I have would to install a coat hanger in the apartment and put a broom in there to quickly sweep up salt and debris (from the ice).

Positive: beautiful everything! the most comfy beds and pillows i’ve ever seen. Negative: there was a roach/water beetle (idk the difference) that crawled on my foot in the bathroom. the only one i saw but thankfully just one.

Positive: Location was a little far out for us We like to go to wears valley and Cades cove …that was the reason for the sad face Negative: Just a little better job cleaning in certain places

Positive: Location was absolutely wonderful. Negative: Proximity of the neighbors… just because they were smoking on the balcony. So we just avoided the outside when they were out there. But, that’s just the chance you take staying in a condo, townhouse.

the place was great only main concern was the parking. if you have 2 cars is very scary to park on it and very very tight.

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful cabin! The mountain views were absolutely stunning — especially in the morning. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hot tub overlooking the scenery was the perfect way to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice setup. The internet was a little spotty in places which made it difficult to use phones all over the house. They had a wireless WiFi extender mesh node but it did not seam to help on one side of the house. I would suggest using Ethernet backhaul runs and one more node to fix it. The lighting in the bathrooms could have been better. The smaller queen beds in the rooms was an adjustment after sleeping on a King Size for so long. Otherwise, it was a very nice place and well maintained. We were able to cook thanksgiving dinner with no problems. Everything we could need was in the kitchen. Coffee bar was nice. Games were nice although the checker board and shuffle board was missing a few pieces.

I was impressed with how clean this Airbnb was. The kitchen had the appropriate appliances needed for our stay. I traveled with my parents, souse and siblings. It did feel a bit tight for us 6. I think that it is important to highlight in the description that the bedroom upstairs listed as a loft does not have a bedroom door. I think this could work out for friends or just to accommodate 4 people not 6. This space felt a bit tight and the couch bed in the living room was not comfortable. I think the place is need of a renovation but overall I’m happy it was clean. The host was also responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I think the pool could have been warmer and was upset the sauna was not working. Other than that it has nice views, however, there is not much to do nearby and everything (Gatlinburg and pigeon forge) is a 30 minute or more drive.

The home was very beautiful and peaceful as we came in a group for a weekend getaway. The host was very responsive and clear with communication – the drive up can be steep but glad the host explained that in the description so we were expecting it. The home has the perfect sunset view on the balcony! The only downside was the extra bunk room is connected to the master bathroom rather than being in a separate room which is not a big deal but wasn’t ideal for our group but we made it work. Overall would definitely recommend!

Loved our short stay. Came in for a football tournament. Definitely recommend driving up in day light for the first time. The home was clean, comfortable and everything we needed.

Great location in a peaceful area, really close to everything. House is clean and it’s got everything you need to feel at home. Hot tub, game room and balcony were an added bonus. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Positive: Very good apartment. All things available in the kitchen. Beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. Quiet and comfy room. Negative: The hair raising drive to the top. A bit scary if you are not used to heights and all the tight turns.

The sunna room was out of order so we couldn’t use it. The prices were too high for the room. I paid over $800 and it wasn’t worth that much.

This was our 5th time to Gatlinburg and my husband and I truly loved the true mountain experience. This place was perfect and exactly what my husband and I needed for the 2 of us.

Overall place looks exactly like the picture . Quite great place . They do need to do something about the ventilation moldy vents and I found a roach in one of the restrooms . But overall it was a good stay.

My boyfriend & I were here for a long weekend & it was amazing! The view on the balcony was to die for. I loved it.

Great property, everything was great. WiFi went out on the second day. Host was helpful and helped us get through the issue.

The pans were dirty, the bed was very rough and the pillows were FLAT, and I found some glass on the floor that was swept underneath the cabinets. but other than those few things it was a nice place and a very nice view and was a good place for the weekend!

-Other reviews mentioned the sunrise and they weren’t kidding. The view from the decks (are just breathtaking. -Cabin was very clean and clutter free. Hot tubs were clean and great. My wife can be very particular about cleanliness at AirBnBs and she was thrilled and that’s worth a lot lol. -We got to make a bear friend on the last day who hung out on the porch for a few minutes when we were inside. -Kitchen was well stocked with cooking hardware. -Very friendly and responsive host. -Pulp Fiction pinball machine was pretty cool. Overall the cabin was very cozy and we had a great weekend of peace and amazing views. Short drive to Gatlinburg as well. Definitely recommend!

By the time we got there it was dark and we had a little trouble finding the right place. But I think that was more of an “us” issue. We had no problems getting inside and everything was clean and inviting. The balcony was perfect. And the views were amazing. The kitchen is a bit narrower than the picture but all in all everything was great. The beds were comfy. We also used the pool and hot tub. Much appreciated after a walk up Kuwohi. We’ll keep this in mind for next year
