This was my first time booking an airbnb and also my first time coming to a venue with 16 people. I cannot say better things about this house. The location itself was perfect- extremely secluded and peaceful with a BEAUTIFUL view. Waking up to see the mountains and forest every morning was breathtaking. The house itself was exactly as described, and it was very clean and modern. The kitchen was perfect for making meals with a large group too! While I was hesitant about booking first because of how much cheaper it was/past reviews about bugs, we ran into zero problems with pests, and it was evident that it was professionally cleaned before we came. The host was extremely proactive about messaging me and would always respond very quickly. Part of the reason why my group enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg so much was because we had such a nice house, and we’re already planning on coming back next year. Thank you so much to the host, we loved our stay!!!

We enjoyed our weekend at this condo. Nicely decorated, very clean, beautiful view, peaceful. Had everything we needed EXCEPT linens for the sleeper sofa. We contacted guest services and they tried to contact housekeeping but it was late and they were unable To contact her. She did bring sheets the next morning and apologized. Host responded when I emailed him but was t much help. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price.

Positive: The views are breathtaking!

Beyond frustrated on the amount of money I spent and the absolute negligence of Prestige in maintaining this property. This house has a rodent issue that Prestige is aware of and does not inform tenants of. A rodent was caught during our stay. Little to no response from Prestige on this matter. Beyond Unacceptable.

Such a beautiful place with an astonishing view, really look no where, great location with everything you need, there’s also a coin laundry room next to the pool, beautiful spotless place.

Positive: The apartment is lovely and the view from the balcony is amazing!! The facilities are really good / there’s even a Bluetooth speaker in the shower!! There are also all the kitchen appliances and utensils you need 🙂 It’s just lovely and really well kitted out!! Negative: The people in the apartment above were a bit noisy a few nights, but it was still a great stay overall 🙂

We have stayed in another unit here about a year ago so we were excited to stay here again. However this one was not upkept as well as it could be. The closet doors were not on the tracks just sitting inside the closet against the wall, they must have moved a towel holder in bathroom and left the old holes without patching, lots of cobwebs in all corners. Drawers in dressers were broken and the WiFi wasn’t good and didn’t really work.

The place matched the pictures. Immediately after check-in there was roaches crawling on the kitchen counter tops. Bath tubs had dark rings in them. Boogers on wall underneath the clock. Floors turned our white socks black. Beds sunken in. All of which was reported and we got a apology but not a solution or offer to have fixed. Had the issue got resolved the following day I would give this location a 4/5star. roaches only seen 5 during the whole weekend so not a infestation. Condo is cute and the bear activity kept us highly entertained. If Cleaning is brought up to par this location would be perfect.

Positive: The absolute best view from the living room and bedrooms. Very comfortable and relaxing. Would love to stay again and plan on it! Negative: Could’ve been slightly cleaner in showers. Also would be cautious of little kids getting remotes a lot of the remotes backings was broken exposing the batteries which could be dangerous for little kids.

We really enjoyed the stay. We’ve stayed in the smokies many many times and I must say the view was unmatched. We saw bears and the balcony overlooked the mountains with no cabins or visual clutter but you definitely need to be aware because there are bears.

Lovely place. Well put together and beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. Only stayed for 3 days wish it could’ve been longer. Most definitely a 10/10 if you looking for something with great views and less expensive.

The view is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and sufficient for what we needed. There was a leak in the ceiling right by the bathroom door, the towel hanger above the toilet was broken, and there was a hole in the door. ( which wasn’t an issue for me). But other than that it was affordable and homey!

Will be staying again

Plenty of room for our large group, had a beautiful view on the back patio for morning coffee, night time conversations, or just to sit in peace. Close to many attractions mileage wise. Would definitely recommend staying as well as I’d definitely come back! Host was extremely responsive when I had questions. 10/10 recommend

This home was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the lake. Amenities are as described. Indoor pool is a real perk. The main level with master bedroom, bathroom and half bath allows easy access with only one step into the front door. There are two levels below and one level with loft and bedroom above. The sliding doors across the entire back of the home allow for beautiful views at all times but do not have curtains. Bedrooms do have room darkening curtains and tower fans. Previous guests wrote of seeing bears when they were in the hot tub and a family of raccoons that liked to visit when grilling out. We saw a raccoon running down the road one day but no other wildlife. We didn’t use the hot tub due to the heat. The home is in a new community where homes are fairly close and construction is still going on nearby. There is access to a swimming area but we didn’t swim. Reservoir is fed by French Broad River and water levels controlled by TVA.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I booked a modern space and got accommodated to this one and the inside looked very old and needs to be remodeled… the morning of we got notified pest control was coming. 30 minutes later we found 3 roaches and packed up. (Location very far up a hill not very convenient)

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my getaway. Beautiful, private and peaceful! Any questions I had, they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay! The cabin was everything we hoped it would be and the view of the smokeys was as good as anything in the park.

My time at this location was amazing! Everything went smoothly except because of unforeseen maintenance issues with the original room I booked, I got moved to another room that wasn’t the same as I had requested. I needed a three bedroom but got moved to a two bedroom. Although they were very kind, I felt there wasn’t any compensation for that big inconvenience. I hope to visit again and stay with Prestige without any complications.

We visit for my boyfriend’s 32nd birthday. This cabin is very beautiful and spacious. Me and my family enjoyed every minute! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will recommend for big families looking for a nice getaway. Will be returning soon! 😊

took a weekend trip to Tennessee was worth the drive for the amazing views!

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful . Check in was super easy and the price was great. The best part was the views and a large part of why we chose to stay here!

The house is up on top of the mountain. Pristine views off the decks. The kids loved the indoor pool. The hot tub was not ready to be used until they came and did their maintenance 3 days into our stay. Beware this house has 4 levels so if you are not good with steps you will regret staying here. Loved the game room. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Thank you for having a fan in each bedroom as the summer sun through the big windows made it hard for the AC to keep up and make it cold to sleep how we like it. We did have a leak while we were there which was an inconvenience. Takes 20-30 minutes to get to the closest grocery store and 40ish minutes to get to Dollywood but we were happy to be away from the tourist areas.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at the Hidden Mountain Gem and were well pleased with everything!!! Negative: No dislikes whatsoever.

The location was beautiful. Especially the view from the balcony. We had a family of 3 cubs and 2 adult bears climb the tree directly behind our place. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The drive up to the place after each day of sight seeing was beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and the price is worth it.

Positive: Wonderful place to stay! The home was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect – close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops yet still quiet and relaxing when we wanted downtime. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Negative: My children were really looking forward to swimming in the pool, but unfortunately, it was locked during most of our stay. We did try calling the number provided, though we weren’t able to get through. Other than that, the property was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The condo has a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains off of the balcony as well as from the pool deck area. It is a bit far from the main strip 20-30 minutes but there are some stores in the surrounding area. This condo in particular needed a lot of TLC. The counter tops are stained, pillows on the couch were ripped with feathers falling out, and the window seals were dusty with bugs in them. While I feel like the overall housekeeping was done well the unit is in serious need of some deep cleaning and maintenence. There was a small table and chairs provided but the table was broken. Beds were very comfortable. The pool is up to five feet deep and a little small but would be good for kids. Loved catching the sunset from the deck of the pool as well.

Positive: The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable. Negative: There was a dirty dish in the sink when I first arrived. There was food and cookies under the couch. Drawer in kitchen was broken. Socket in bedroom to the right was broken as well as the back of the remote was broken. These things have been reported by others who stayed there and these things still have not been fixed.

Positive: THE VIEW!!! Could not rave more about this view! The pool and hot tub. LOVED. Negative: The toilet seat was loose (husband fixed it). Our upstairs neighbors were HORRIBLE. Sounded like elephants all day and night.

We had a great stay and asked for accommodations for a surprise. The host was very accommodating and we appreciated how promptly they responded to any questions we had.

We loved staying here, the view was breathtaking. Everything was easy, clean and cozy.

The inside of the place matched the pictures. But outside, I don’t think anyone can describe it. Best view of the mountains from all around the house. The house had everything except the trash bags 🙂 I guess they forgot to leave some for kitchen, but they brought some the next morning upon contacting, which their response time was very quick on chat. Lot of things to entertain (specially for kids), Pool table, board games, Jacuzzi. The upstairs Jacuzzi didn’t work for 3 days until they fixed it the day before we were leaving. AC worked great, Hot water was perfect. The house is on the hill, so the drive is little steep, which they did mention it in the listing. Overall, great stay, I would recommend the house, we enjoyed Gatlinburg !!!

had absolutely amazing views, and a nice layout! we had access to the pool and hot tub, however the game room area was always closed. we did enjoy the screened in pavilion area. however we were provided only 4 towels for 4 people a full week, 1 trash bags, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. excessive messaging trying to upsell everything. I have never experienced a baby friendly place up charging for the accommodations $8-$10 per day per item plus a delivery fee of $15 per item, and $29 per hour if you want an early check in or firewood. Which didn’t relate to us, just a heads up for future renters.

the place was full of ants. upstairs AC didn’t work. we were only allowed one garbage bag for 4 people for a week. wanted to take garbage out but no bags. lots of noise in and around the building. no instructions how to run the lights on bathroom was all digital. horrible seating on the balcony couldn’t use it. I would never recommend this place.

It was a beautiful place

Was super excited after driving 11 hours to stay here but so disappointed when we got there. There was used towels and they beds were unmade, looked like someone already slept in them. Got moved to a different unit which has two twin beds vs the one we booked that had all full/queen sized beds. There was an unalive roach in the kitchen ceiling light, open tea packets in the kitchen, old food left in the fridge. The bathrooms had unfinished parts on the wall which could be dangerous. One of the bedrooms bed sheets had old makeup smudges all over it. Overall this place is just not clean and not somewhere you should spend your money!

The view was more outstanding in person than in the pictures. Everything was well taken care of and clean, no clutter. The host was very responsive and offered multiple optional add-ons which was nice. A lot of people on here were complaining about the beds. The upstairs bed was like a trampoline ngl but sleepable and the pull out bed wasn’t super comfortable but what sofa bed is really, the downstairs bed was nice and soft, they provide a ton of linens too. It was just the 2 of us, if you don’t care about a super comfortable bed and want the best view of the mountains then this is definitely the place to be. We had a bear in our backyard at one point which was so cool to see. It’s so worth it.

We absolutely loved the condo!! Everything was clean and sparkling when we arrived and check in was a breeze! The place is located on a golf resort and it was so peaceful and serene. The condo has a balcony with a breath taking view of The Smokey Mountains and we definitely took advantage of that. Indoor pool and hot tub area was great!! Pool and hot tub were both very clean. We are planning to come back maybe in December for a short getaway. Everything was perfect!!

Positive: The location and views were excellent. It was about 10 miles out of Gatlinburg, but the drive in and out was great. Found some nice optional routes in order to get from the rooms to Pigeon Forge without going through the traffic of downtown Gatlinburg. Negative: Everything was nice. If I had to pick on one thing, the bed in the master bedroom was quite hard. I have a bad back, so my bed choices are limited. Other than that, everything was great.

It was a nice place overall. Tons of bear sightings!

Worth every penny

Positive: The floor plan was great for a tiny house/ apartment.. I loved everything about it Negative: The fact that the bad linens had yellow stains all over them. So did the bath towels and washcloths. Although I did not call and complain because I figured that they were on the bed and in the bathroom it probably wouldn’t have mattered I’m pretty sure nobody in management would sleep on these sheets and bathe with these towels and washcloths ..so I went and bought my own for the stay… Also could use some exterminating around the outside so you didn’t have to fight the giant spiders to get in and out your door or up and down the steps. Exterminating would go a long ways ,killed two spiders inside the bedroom.. also could use very much use an upgrade on the living room furniture. Very outdated, very uncomfortable. And last stop advertising to have cable TV when you don’t. I’m sure I’m probably not the only one that has felt this way and I’m not sure how you maintain a 9.9 rating.

Amazing stay! Exactly pictured and beautiful view, very welcoming and cozy.

Upon arrival, the condo was nice and cold!!! It was wonderful after our hot day of hiking! Bed was so comfortable! The bathrooms immaculate and clean. I love that it had a full service cleaning. We were on our 30th anniversary, last thing I want to do is clean on vacation.

Positive: Love the decor and comforts as well as the scenic views. Negative: Poor ventilation in the kitchen made the smoke alarms go off frequently. Dishwasher broke before we arrived so we had to hand wash all dishes. Living room tv was broken as well.

Overall, the stay was good, but it was not as clean as we would like. The decks were full of bugs and we could tell that no one was maintaining the bug situation. The house itself was ok, except one of the slide doors didn’t have a handle and some of the toys they provided were broken or missing pieces. Also, one of the hot tubs would not work and I messaged the owners and they said make sure it had bromine tabs, but they did not provide any tabs, so we just used the one hot tub.

Over all it appeared clean however there were dead bugs, dirt and dust in corners. Only 1 garbage bag was provided for our 4 day stay. We were hopeful to see bears and wildlife at some point during our stay but we did not. The view from our balcony and off the pool deck was absolutely beautiful.

absolutely loved our getaway here! sitting on the deck looking at nothing but mountains was so worth everything! Saw a shooting star out first night and a rainbow on our last day.

This place is 25 mins from Gatlinburg, but beautiful Mountain views. Highly recommend for families. For the price offered this location is just amazing.

Absolute gorgeous view and crazy amount of bears that travel the balcony and driveway about every 30 minutes. If you are afraid of bears this needs to be known. But the home was absolutely amazing in every aspect. But you just have to be aware of your surroundings and immediately lock your car when you walk away due to bears. Also would like to remind anyone that has a roll top bed cover on a truck to open it. A Bear jumped on top of my truck and ripped open the bed cover even though we had absolutely nothing in it. Max two car spaces if you have one full size truck or Suv for parking. Or 3 small cars. But very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Use the fan that is in the primary closet to push the air to the 3rd floor from the top of the refrigerator Once we figured that out it was perfect.

Was absolutely beautiful. Very nice place. The parking lot did get a little crowded because there was a wedding but had enough spots to accommodate us still.

Positive: The view was amazing! Negative: The bed was not comfortable, water pressure wasn’t the best, toilet struggled to flush, and the pool chlorine was so strong it literally burnt my eyes just sitting in there.

Everything we expected and more!! Very friendly and helpful host/hostess and very clean!! 100/10!!
