Great host who communicated quickly

Positive: We loved that this property was right outside the busy town. We really enjoyed that it was only about a 25 minute drive from national park entrance.

Positive: The view cannot get any better. Negative: Could use more glasses, utensils, kitchen basics like salt and pepper.

We walked into our Airbnb and everything was perfect—the views were absolutely breathtaking, and I would definitely book a place with a view like this again. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that impacted our stay. Upon entering the condo, there was a sticky spot in the carpet that would cling to our socks. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the home when we first arrived. In the master bedroom, the bathroom towels smelled like they hadn’t fully dried, and the shower curtain had buildup along the bottom, which caused an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, the location and views were amazing, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved to match the experience

We had an amazing time at this home. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed that it wasn’t far from many attractions. Bed were comfortable and clean. The kids has a blast in the game room and hot tub! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This place completely matched the description and was perfect for us. When the hot tub was not heating up and the fireplace didn’t seem to be working, they sent someone over the next morning to fix. It was user error and our fault, but they were quick to respond and fix!

Spring break trip with my kids and it was absolutely awesome! The views are breathtaking! The host was wonderful even so much as checking in with me and making sure all was well! The pictures do no justice of how relaxing and beautiful the views are! Will most definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely place ! It was cute, clean, and very well kept, making it a comfortable place to relax. The views were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. We also felt very safe during our stay, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind.

Positive: The view was the best. Location was also good. Negative: The beds mattress was very hard. And the people above us made so much noise you couldn’t enjoy setting on the deck.

Positive: There was one employee named Ashley that went above and beyond to help us fix all the issues we had Negative: Had a lot of issues with the condo/things not working. We booked this location specifically on having a hot tube and indoor heated pool so were extremely disappointed that was not working, as a single mom with extremely low income, this was the one thing I got to do for us for the year. I can not afford to take my kids to all the fun events there, but I promised them a heated pool and hot tub so very very upsetting

Positive: Great view and very clean. Easy use of code instead of keys for the door which was great. Beds are super comfortable. Negative: Hot tub and pool heater were out during our stay so we didn’t really get to use those facilities.

The house was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. Would 100% book with them again.

The hidden gem was great as far as the view and the house was beautiful my only complaint is the beds were hard not comfortable at all but everything else was great

We loved this condo! Super clean the view was AMAZING!! The bed was a 5 stars it was comfortable! We was just out of all the Gatlinburg traffic but close enough to everything! I highly recommend this was my first time doing a Airbnb and it lived up to the expectations!

Great family destination. We loved the pool and hot tub. View was breathtaking! Was great experience. A bit of a distance out from downtown Gatlinburg but made for a great nature viewing experience!

Great views, and responsive host

It has a beautiful view even tho the water was down, it was quiet and peaceful. There must have been a street car show somewhere bc several of them were staying a road down from me and every morning they tried to come through quite as they possibly could be. Loved having our own private pool. My kids stayed in it for hours daily. As many times as I walked up and down the stairs I should have buns of steel now 🤣🤣 all thanks to my kids calling my name every 5 seconds from the bottom floor. I will definitely book here again next year when we come back. Thank you for promptly taking care of any of my needs and answering my questions.

I had a really great time and experience

Positive: The views were gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were warm and the whole resort was family friendly. Negative: More kitchen towels would have been helpful and some hooks by the front door and on the back of bathroom doors would have been helpful.

Our condo had beautiful views, quiet surroundings, and a clean stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cost was more than worth it. I will definitely be planning future stays with them!

Overall very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and we felt safe. Very comfortable beds and pillows. We received clear instructions from the host over our stay about check in and amenities offered as well as clear and simple check out instructions.

Very Great Place to Stay

This is a gem hidden in the mountains. The place was clean and well maintained. The EV charging is paid and functional. The road to the place is steep and curvy, but doable. The views are amazing!

Positive: The location was great. The roads to get there are very curvy and some dropoffs. It was extremely clean and the hot tub was well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, grill, and fire pit. Negative: There are no dressers. Many of the windows cannot be covered, which lets in a lot of light early in the morning. The master suite mattress was sloping downward at the head and gave us a headache in the morning. We lifted it and found there were a bunch of broken slats and they were slid down. We slid them back up and shoved pillows between the mattress and headboard and it fixed the issue. There are many loose stairs in the home and some of the banisters are wobbly. I reported it at check in and the issue was never addressed by the property management group. There were also a lot of large black ants crawling all over the kitchen, dining, and living room floors, and counters. We even found one in my daughter’s bed. We reported it and was told it would be elevated to their team, and never got another response. The A/C quit working out last 2 nights. We reported it the first night and they said to leave it off (maybe the system froze). We left it off all night and it worked in the morning so we told them not to have a technician come out. However, the next night it stopped working again.

Positive: The view was awesome & the bed was super comfy I stayed in bed for an entire day. Kitchen was well equipped & stocked w/basic pantry needs. Negative: The drive up to the condo.

Positive: The loft room was great for the kiddos. The view was spectacular. The beds were cozy. Great location. Right on golf course for golfers. Not far from Pigeon Fordge or Gatlinburg. Cute little town with food, gas and cafe a few mins away. Negative: Pool and hot tub were way to crowded every time we checked. There several drunk people in there being inappropriate in front of children. I feel the “no alcohol ” should be monitored.

Positive: the bath room, the king size bed and the hot tub was my favorite! Negative: nothing! driveway was a little scary at first but after going in and out a few times it’s a peice of cake.

Positive: It’s in a good location. Not too far from Gatlinburg. Good driving distance. Easy to access. It was a very nice house. Clean and updated. Had lots of good amenities. The owner kept in contact and sent lots of helpful messages. Negative: The bed was uncomfortable. The one I was in was just hard and the back sunk down at the headboard and ate the pillows. I also didn’t see any cleaning supplies like a spray cleaner to wipe the counters during our stay. And I also didn’t see much extra bedding. We found one extra pillow and one extra blanket. But there’s multiple pull out couches and air mattresses but nothing to make them with.

Had a great time! The view was even better than I thought from the pictures. We got to see 5 bears, and the hill coming up was only scary the first ride up. Afterward I knew what to expect lol.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and arcade area. The adults enjoyed the spacious place for plenty of room to relax

Positive: Location was perfect for us to be away from the chaos of the downtown Gatlinburg area. Close to hiking trails, the artist loop, and easy access to the grocery store and dining options without the wait. The views were phenomenal. Worth the extra drive time. Negative: Lacking basic dishes. We bought wine for the condo only to arrive and have nothing but coffee cups (several unwashed and chipped) to drink from. Any condo with a kitchen should have basic kitchen items. There was only one spoon. And we had to wash them before we could use them.

Great space!

Positive: The view was beautiful, the privacy was nice, and the room rates were also very feasible. Negative: We couldn’t access the pool or jacuzzi either day after multiple tries due there being about 25 plus people there at all times. The comforter had a small stain on it but we washed it so it wasn’t that big of and issue just more of an inconvenience. The bedroom light above the bed on beside the kitchen would not work.

We returned to the area for a few nights. Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Be aware that this is on top of the mountain, so heads up if you aren’t comfortable driving steep, winding roads. Easy to get in and just as described. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony having morning coffee. Nice little trip.

We loved our stay in Gatlinburg. You cannot beat the view!

Positive: When I got to the Property the Lights were out. They were actually going through a Process of Switching Management. So the actual Condo that I rented I didn’t get to stay in. But I got in touch with Customer Service and they handled it right away! I was placed in a different Condo with more space with no extra charge. My stay overall was Great! Negative: That I didn’t get to stay in the one I rented.

This cabin was great and including things that you don’t often get. Loved the punching bag machine and the layout of the space.

I’ll start by saying the photos truly did this home no justice it is absolutely beautiful in person. The space is very open and spacious, the high ceilings are stunning, and the lake view is breathtaking. Aesthetically, it’s a gorgeous property. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. First, the commute to the home can be challenging. The hills are extremely steep and there are no street lights, so I highly recommend arriving during the daytime for safety and visibility. Also, this is a four-level home with a lot of stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind when booking. The biggest concern for us was the bug issue. The first night was great with no problems, but the second morning we began seeing roaches in the kitchen while cooking, which was completely unacceptable. After that, we started noticing more and more bugs throughout the home. That really took away from the experience. Additionally, in two of the bathrooms, the shower curtain rods r

The only complaint I have is the last 5 minutes of the drive BE VERY CAREFUL I have a big 4×4 truck and those roads are NARROW AND BLIND!! It was extremely scary at night when I arrived and is something to be noted when you are traveling it would be best to arrive during daylight hours!

The location is great, not a far drive from town if you need supplies. The cabin was already well stocked though. Be prepared for a winding drive up the mountain. The view was fantastic, no notes. We spent three of our four days in the cabin and it felt like home. I personally spent more time on the pulp fiction pinball machine than I should have. The facilities were top notch and the water got hot fast and stayed hot. Our only issue was in the master bedroom. The outlets are controlled by wall switches and that meant you could only have one on a wall active at a time. Basically a non issue but worth noting. The host was quick to reply to our questions and gave good information. It was definitely worth the stay. I recommend it.

The condo is in a beautiful area of the mountains, is fully stocked with everything one would need, plus some. It was a perfect fit for our family and was in Preston’s condition upon arrival. Would definitely stay there again!

i had such an amazing stay ! my finance and i really enjoyed ourselves for my bday weekend ! we are from alabama but we definitely will be back !

The cabin was very nice roomy . The sliding glass doors most don’t lock so anyone can walk into cabin at anytime. Found chick roach in kitchen in drawer. The pool was very nice except first night was 93 water temp and other two nights was 104 water temp. Reached out to host only response I got was they will past it on. No one ever resounded back with any help to resolve issues. Oh and temps was in upper 60s over last weekend with air running it was 78 inside with all floors running air. Summer will be horrible for people but the guest book tells it all of you rent this place.

Positive: Our stay in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely amazing. The views were unreal — waking up to the mountains every morning felt like a dream. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We even got to see wildlife, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and magical. The location was perfect — private and quiet, yet still close enough to everything we needed. We truly felt relaxed and at home the entire stay. I would 100% book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain getaway! Negative: Sauna was out of order but wasnt a deal breaker!

Nice stay, the location is a bit older than expected but the view is amazing

We had a blast at this Airbnb, super clean and lots of extra blankets/towels/toilet paper. It takes maybe 30 minutes to get to everywhere we wanted to go which was island in pigeon forge, tanger outlet etc. We also looked forward to the heated pool, but it wasn’t heated at all… we kept in touch with the host but it never heated up and was freezing. Either way, super good bnb we would stay again!
