We had a blast at this Airbnb, super clean and lots of extra blankets/towels/toilet paper. It takes maybe 30 minutes to get to everywhere we wanted to go which was island in pigeon forge, tanger outlet etc. We also looked forward to the heated pool, but it wasn’t heated at all… we kept in touch with the host but it never heated up and was freezing. Either way, super good bnb we would stay again!

Positive: The view was exceptional, the customer service agent was great at returning calls. The room was perfect, cozy and very easily accessible (no stairs, parking right by door). Apartment was clean and quiet. Able to see 5 bears right from parking area! Negative: Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Road up was a bit steep and narrow. L

Positive: I loved the view it was amazing Negative: Our room was definitely undergoing renovations and they still put us in that room. The pull out couch didnt work, the thermostat was hanging off the wall, they apparently just replaced the doors because non of them closed properly, the sofa had a huge tear in it with stains,and the master bathroom sink barely had water coming out of it when you turned it on, it would spray everywhere, and they shoved construction material under the master bed. If it wasnt completed we should have been moved and it shouldn’t have been an option for someone to stay.

This place was beautiful, such a great way to spend my birthday. It’s also in a great location if I visit again I will definitely book again!

Unfortunately, I did not fully enjoy my stay at Prestige Condo. One of the main reasons for booking was the jacuzzi, which was not operational during my stay. Additionally, unexpected snowy weather limited our ability to access amenities like the pool, and there was little to no support in clearing roads and walkways for guests. Noise was also an issue, as guests staying above us with small children caused continuous disturbances throughout the day and night. Overall, these factors significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Negative: We booked a stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and nice the only problem we had was the master bedroom wouldnt stay warm and only 1 replacement trash bag. Our room came with a fireplace ( we had to pay an extra 28$ to get wood to use it) the room also included the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi which were all broken except the pool. Management sent us a message the day we arrived that it had broke that day and then later said it had been down for a few weeks. So it was really frustrating. Check in time was at 4:00pm and they quit delivering wood at 4:00pm so you would have to order prior to your arrival if you wanted it that day. Also they didn’t bring out firewood until the next day after I ordered it after 11am and entered our room without us knowing or notifying us and then made me look like I was lying about when I received my firewood. Long story short just don’t waste your time. We will be going to sieverville next time we go! They do not share any of this Information with you until after you arrive and have paid for your stay! We ended up leaving a day earlier and they did agree to refund me 50$.

Positive: The property was clean. Negative: Very small. Way too small to accommodate 8 people. The bedrooms had no space in them and there was no space for dining. The bathroom faucet would not turn off at all. So you constantly heard that water running. All the closet doors were messed up. They were off the tracks or too big for the spaces and would not close. It snowed over 13 inches which made it very dangerous to get off that mountain. We had to pack up and get down early. Took us over an hour to get down off of the mountain. We could not get back up to the condo. Tried calling and messaging the owners or rental company several times. Sent a message also. Because we could not get back to use the condo on our second night. But no one would call us back or respond to our messages. Therefore we would never use this company again. “Prestige Vacation Rentals” do Not use them. We realize they can not control the weather, But they can control how they respond to their guests. They did not do that at all. Very disappointed in this stay.

Great experience overall. Everything was as listed and the place was clean, maintained, spacious and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend and return for another stay.

Overall a great experience, we would book this place again. The kids had fun in the pool, hot tub and game room.

I loved the place, the view was great and it was pretty clean. The only downside is there were a lot of dead bugs on the carpet next to the sliding glass door, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal.

Prestige exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was more than I could have asked for. My family and I felt at home and well taken care of by Prestige. I adore the space and the view was breathtaking.

Loved the cabin! Went for my anniversary and had a great time. Would recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area. Be mindful of the driveway when you first get there but you get used to it very quickly. 10/10

Beautiful scenery and nice space. The rental was perfect for our needs. Great price and decent location. It’s super convenient if you need a quick run to get something but perfect place to land at the end of a busy day or if you bring your on food to prepare.

Positive: The location was great, not to deep in the mountains. The view was great! Negative: The hot temperatures didn’t stay hot after two people shower. There could have been updated pots and pans.

Positive: It has a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a night by the fire and a dip in the hot tub. Negative: The road up the mountain! But once you reach the top it’s beautiful!

The view was gorgeous from the balcony. The place was fairly nice. If there are people above you then expect to hear noise. Besides that it was a good stay for the price. The people were very responsive and made it easy to check in and check out.

Positive: The view was amazing and was clean. Negative: WiFi didn’t work and I never got a reply once I emailed for help.

Would stay here again in the future! Cute little condo that was just perfect for our little family. Felt right at home.

The unit itself was cozy and comfortable. However, several amenities that were listed and influenced our booking were not available during our one night stay, including the heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. Because the stay was so short, there was no opportunity to benefit from or resolve these issues. We also observed some maintenance and cleanliness concerns upon arrival. The dishwasher’s top control panel was completely loose. Additionally, there were visible dust, hair, and cobwebs in some hard-to-reach areas. Wi-Fi did not connect initially but was later resolved. Communication with the host was polite and responsive, though only a limited partial refund was offered given the number of unavailable amenities. Overall, the unit itself was nice, but future guests may want to confirm amenity availability and expectations prior to booking.

The place was cute and had great views

Beautiful place!! Just as described and more beds than we expected. Good amount of towels and toiletries. Easy to find just a curvy drive to get there but not bad. We didn’t get to try the pool and jacuzzi because we were so busy but seemed like a great plus! Only critique the AC can be a little loud and the people upstairs were smoking and the room right by the balcony smelled like cigarettes but that’s out of the hosts control. Would definitely recommend and be back.

The stay was amazing looked just like the pictures, the beds was comfy! The supplied. A few laundry pods and dish soap. And fresh linen everywhere the only bad thing I would say is the house wasn’t swept when I arrived, and the dishwasher didn’t work.

Gorgeous cabin! A little close to neighbors and in a newer development but it was still nice and quiet. Enough parking for 3. Easy to get in. Super cute place – we loved the indoor pool and the gaming systems.

Me and my family loved this house it was 15 of us total including 3 toddlers, more than enough space for everyone, very clean for the most part. There are some spiderwebs but we never seen spiders lol so that was a plus, the pool was nice and warm the Jacuzzi 10/10, we cooked twice and there was enough utensils & pans, we did buy our own spices, even though there are some in the home. The home isn’t that close to anything, but we still loved it. On the downside the first day we were there we didn’t have any Wi-Fi because the code did not work, i advised host ‘code still not working’ Host sent a new code next day and it worked immediately. Also, there is a nail going up one of the steps that should get taken care of immediately, the water also gets cold fast when taking a shower, we tried utilizing all the showers, but only 3 people could take shower at a time, then wait 15-20min for more to get in! Overall i give house 9/10 would def book again. 😉

The cabin was very nice! In a great location. Overall, I had a group of 14 and we all enjoyed the stay, though there were some initial instances that could be improved upon: -upon arrival, we received the wrong door code. Was very simple to solve, and only took 2 minutes of phone call to fix! -within the first couple of hours of checking in, the small kitchen sink in the island detached from the counter top and misplaced. Though it still worked fine, it took very little for it to fall, as if it was barely attached or had previously been broken and poorly attached back to place. -The sliding door in the living area would not lock the whole stay. It did close fine. – pricing could be cheaper. They fail to mention that one of the rooms is a closet that was converted to a bunk room. Most of the beds in the listing belonged to that room. Most of these were non-impactful to our stay. Overall a great experience and I will be looking for the same cabin next year.

This condo was all we could ask for and more. It’s just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg!!!

Positive: The apartment we stayed in was very nice. It was furnished with all of the essentials (towels, soap, kitchen , etc.). Check in was effortless and the hosts were not overbearing. There was also a daily email from the hosts checking on our satisfaction at each step and ordering additional accommodations to make things more comfortable. Negative: The sauna and steam rooms were both down. The first floor bedroom window screen and ceiling fan light was broken.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental spot. It was excellently located out of the way, but a short drive to everything. The kitchen was very well stocked as we cooked every single day and did not find ourselves without any supplies. We did have a problem with the dishwasher. We could not get it to work after trying for a few days we called, maintenance was there within a very short amount of time, and determined that the dishwasher was in the broken.

Overall the star was great. I do think that it was a little overpriced. But it was a wonderful view. I didn’t agree with having to pay extra if you wanted to check in a couple hours ahead of time only because the cabin was just sitting there. The previous guest have to check out at 10 and the next guest can’t early check in till 1. I thought that was kind of wrong being how much we paid per night to be there. There wasn’t any firewood in the cabin, which I thought it would’ve been in there we had to pay for firewood to be delivered

We had an amazing experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The jacuzzi was definitely a highlight—my brothers especially loved it and used it every night to unwind. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we all got great rest, and the master bathroom shower was just breathtaking. We loved every detail of the space. The only thing to note is that the driveway was a bit tricky with our larger vehicle, but we managed. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a bigger car. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place. It was a wonderful escape, and we can’t wait to come back!

The whole resort is amazing. it overlooks the mountains. the unit is clean and cozy. The unit is right next to the building with pool, Jacuzzi and Steam Room as well as the outdoor patio with the fire pits. Two downsides we had that were communicated to the host: 1) The Jacuzzi was not working despite us inquiring about it before coming in, and the steam room didn’t work either. we were a bit disappointed since we hoped to relax and use them. 2) The cookware in the house were heavily scratched, and cannot be safely used for unusable for any meal preparations, which is unfortunate since we wanted to prepare some meals on site. We bought a personal pan so we can at least cook breakfast. overall the area is amazing and we enjoyed our stay but some amenities listed as attractive additions didn’t really work.

Absolutely loved everything about the home and the view. The kids enjoyed the play area and having their own dedicated space! Very spacious to allow time to fellowship with everyone as well as having time apart from others if needed.

Everything was wonderful, great view and friendly environment

We took a weekend trip up there for my son 16th birthday and let’s just say our trip was well needed and peaceful. The view was amazing and although the house had great pictures online the view in person was even better. Once checked in we did have some minor issues and they were addressed with the host immediately, they responded back in a timely manner and sent someone out to the property so thank you for that. Wished we had an extra day but I will most definitely stay there again and my family enjoyed as well!!

Positive: Convenient location. Fun games for the kids. Everything seemed new and nice. Negative: Living room furniture set up was not great.

Positive: A lot of space, cozy, close to parkway(entertainment), beautiful view, relaxing, decorations, grill, the entire setting on deck, games/ boxing game, Negative: The cushion that go to the two chairs in the living room where you put your foot at wasn’t clean but everything was in the house. Maybe putting a bright light were the hot tub is located.

The only issue was that when we got there, it was very cold. Someone had set the thermostat to 60 in December. The thermostat had an alarm cover on it so we didn’t know it was the thermostat. Some rentals actually lock the thermostat up so we weren’t sure we even had access to it but we did reach out to the hosts and they helped us which I am thankful for also they had firewood in there which we used until the house warmed up(took a long time!!) I’m not sure who turned it down to 60, maybe the cleaners but please don’t do that in winter 🙁

I was very excited about this location. However the drive up to the spot was quite a bit further up than I had thought. Got in, and there were a few cleaning issues. Captain crunch on the bathroom floor, booger wiped under the staircase, visible from the couch, and stain on the place mates from food. Internet would not connect to my teens phones. (I’m sure you can imagine how devastating that was) more importantly, I work on call and the lack of internet was very problematic. No resolution until an hr before we were leaving. The spacious sleeping arrangements were appreciated though.

Nice cozy place will book again

It is truly a beautiful place for any big family gathering. We enjoyed how quite and the views were. Definitely recommend this place

Positive: We chose this condo for our family Christmas, and we stayed six nights. The condo was very clean and had all the basic amenities. It was very warm and cozy. It had beautiful Mountain views. It’s located away from all the noise and traffic. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and gadgets to cook with. My kids loved the indoor pool and play area. For the most part, it was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Negative: There were very few things that we didn’t like. If I had to be nit-picky, the queen bed in the master bedroom was hard and leaned on the edges, like it was about to fall. The water pressure was slow. And there’s no washer/dryer in the condo. You could also hear the neighbors upstairs. But that’s it.

Truly one of the best views in Gatlinburg! We had the best time and were pleasantly surprised to see 2 hot tubs! Perfect for friend groups and families! Fully paved drive with stunning sights and perfect privacy!

The home is really beautiful which is what drew me to book the home however there is several issues and the host is not helpful at all. They respond and send you a I’m sorry message but nothing changes / get fixed. The main reason we booked this home was because of the heated pool as we had kids. the pool was not heated at all. I texted the host the day of check in to verify the pool would be heated when we checked in the water was not heated and very cold because the water is in the basement level in the ground. We were not able to enjoy a main reason why we booked this home. I advised the host immediately the day we checked in the pool never got fixed “ they couldn’t get in contact with the pool vendor” we lost hot water several times a house that sleep 14 ( we had 10 guest ) people need a big hot water tank. 2 people would shower and the water would be cold. There are nails sticking out the stairs one of our kids got hurt. Beautiful home but we spent 1.4k we should have amenities.

Where do I start? Upon arrival we discovered one of the worst mountain drives we have ever taken. Switch backs that were a good 180 degrees while going up. I have stayed at many cabins down in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but this was the worst. Once we got up the mountain and found the condo. It was easy to get into. When you first walk in the condo is okay. Absolutely no holiday decor to liven the place up. It was WAY smaller than described. The floor literally rocks and rolls uneven. Then there is the bathroom. That floor felt like we were standing on an iceberg! Absolutely no warmth at all. The plug in is loose and shorts out. The entire place wouldn’t warm up. We had the temp set clear up to 78 and couldn’t get warm. Then there is the bed. What a rock-hard mattress. We actually chose to leave Saturday around noon as we just couldn’t take another night in that place. I have been down to the area 7 times now. NEVER have I ever left early! We were so disappointed. Save your Money!

Positive: This will be our second year in a row staying with this company for Christmas. Everything was AMAZING. The views are phenomenal. See you guys next year ☺️
