Positive: I enjoyed my coffee out on the balcony every day. It had everything we needed and was a spacious unit. Breath taking views. Negative: I would have liked a book with local places to visit and eat.

We loved our 5-night stay in this condo! The views are unbelievable. You could see the beautiful mountains from every room in the condo. When we visited in April, the complex was pretty empty, which we enjoyed. The condo had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. We could have happily stayed there for weeks! The hosts were not only super responsible but also proactive. They sent us messages several times to check in and see if we needed anything. You could tell they take pride in making sure their guests have a great time.

We absolutely adored this place. We were looking for an affordable space that was near enough to Gatlinburg that it didn’t feel like we were always on the road, but gave us a more time seeing the nature around us. Everything looked exactly like the photos and the space was beautiful. It was a convenient location from everything. The hosts were quick to respond to a technology issue we faced, and were able to fix it. They even called to make sure it was ok to enter the unit to fix it while we were out. Everyone we saw staying in the same area as us were nice and polite. The area seemed very kid-friendly and had stuff to do for all ages. The hosts were very communicative before, during, and after our stay. They sent check-in details a few days before check-in and provided very clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out. Overall a great stay, and will absolutely use and recommend these hosts again!!

The view was stunning. The host was accommodating and responsive.But for the price we paid, I expected a little bit more. The space needed a little bit of updating, especially the carpets. Overall, it was a good stay.

Better than what we expected, loved the place and the location!

The place is absolutely gorgeous!! Looks just like the pics. The cleaning team did a great job. It’s stocked with plenty of games and in a great location…convenient to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a meal, bathrooms all have spa quality toiletries. 10/10 Recommend! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Awesome home very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Home was extremely clean. Hot tub tucked away and clean. Very conveniently close to a supermarket and liquor store. 10 minute drive to the city downtown. Host responds quickly.

Positive: Well stocked and cleanliness and that there is a dvd option Negative: The living room tv was slow when trying to use it but overall it was nice

The views here are beautiful! We loved being able to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning from almost anywhere, including the balcony, pull out couch, and both bedrooms. It was a cute place and looked just like the pictures. We also took our kids swimming in the pool and could watch the sunset from the pool itself or the deck area outside. 4 wheel drive probably required in the winter but we were fine in our van when we stayed in April. Short drive down the road to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park.

Beautiful balcony views! Clean, cute and comfortable stay! Great location a short drive away from downtown Gatlinburg.

Only issue really, is that walls were thin and we heard neighbors fighting g early in the morning

An excellent place, it was amazing.

I must say, our past week here was nothing short of amazing. It was about 40 minutes out from everywhere but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. We ran into a small inconvenience with the tv, we stated the issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. The host is very friendly and response time is impeccably quick. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family & I would for sure come back.

Where do I start so my kids was on spring break this week and we needed a nice clean place to stay. Well guess what we got just want we wanted the place was very very clean form head to toe lol but yess. My family and I would most definitely stay again if ever in the area . It really felt like home comfortable and clean what more could u ask for not to mention the view was amazing o yea we got to see a bear for the first time .🥰☺️

Positive: Loved the game room! Everyone enjoyed it, and it was a great place for us all to be together! I also loved the hot tub! Was amazing! Negative: No issues!

Overall, I would stay here again. The road to get there was wild for the first time (we got there after dark)! But that’s everywhere in the mountains and by the end of the second time it wasn’t bad at all. The bathroom was quite small and after opening the closet it was hard to get it to close? May have just been off the track. Some minor WiFi problems with the living room TV. Everything was really clean and we had a good amount of stuff to cook with. The ping pong table was super fun and right across the drive. Amazing views!

The drive up and down the the mountain was scary. The host communicated with me very well. If you have kids under 4 years old I recommend taking some of the decorations out of reach. The living does get a little cold with the AC on. We enjoy it overall. Be careful going up the mountain.

Great space and location

This cabin had beautiful views and had everything we needed for our quick getaway!

Positive: Incredible place to stay if you’re visiting Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The view from the vista in unlike anything I’ve seen. It’s a perfect little vista to stay at and feel comfortable. You feel you could spend all weekend there if you wanted to without ever leaving. Negative: Pillows weren’t fantastic.

Positive: The view and peace and quiet. Negative: The pool was only 4.5 ft deep.

The views are amazing and Prestige fixed a light bulb as soon as we told them of the issue. Close to Gatlinburg but quiet area that felt more secluded. Be aware it is a resort so there will be families and people in/out of the complex (our neighbors arrived above us at 1am lol). If you visit, you have to check out Trish’s Mountain Diner that’s less 10min down the road, best food (homemade maple syrup and biscuits too!) we had and so cheap compared to Gatlinburg. We were able to see bears right off the property but felt very safe during our stay. Oh, don’t forget to check out Painted Bear Coffee Co on your way from the condo to Gatlinburg, local everything!

Smoke Alarm kept going off probably because exhaust fan in master bedroom bathroom didn’t work.

We enjoyed our stay and would go again

Positive: The only thing I did not like was the spiral staircase I wouldn’t go up it but it was only my husband and I and the first floor was plenty. The view was amazing. The drive up to the place was crazy but fun.

Positive: The view was beautiful. Negative: The heat did not work, and it was never fixed, even after multiple calls. Two nights in, a space heater was delivered. Spent at least 90 minutes calling and talking back and forth with the property management company.

Positive: Great location, perfect size, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed.

Positive: The house itself was great. My only complaint was to drive up the mountain to the house. My husband is afraid of heights and it was a challenge for him.

Generally was a very good experience. Excellent views, easy access. Very communicative contact person. 20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. There were a couple of maintenance issues that did not really interfere with our enjoyment of the place, and we reported these as we left. Since there are three levels to the building (condo), we did get some noise from above. Patio / balcony is very small; room for only two chairs and a small table. Balcony is also visible and relatively close to others nearby.

Had a little problem with the door but they helped me right away

We had a great stay! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to find. The road up wasn’t near as bad as other condos Ive stayed at in the area. The views are amazing! I forgot my kindle & reached out to them. They were very responsive and helpful in finding it & shipping it to me. Would definitely stay here again!!

Place was very clean and well taken care of! My only complaint would be the cold indoor pool. We didn’t use it because it was too cold, but the place itself was perfect for what we needed, comfy beds, and clean space!

Positive: There’s a chair in the master bedroom that is a tripping hazard. It sits in. The corner of the room and there’s not much room between it and the bed. Unfortunately my husband found out the hard way as he fell to the floor. He is fine but if this was an elderly person the story may have ended differently.

We had an awesome stay! The views of the lake are gorgeous and plenty of rooms/bathrooms to accommodate our big family. The kids loved the indoor pool! It’s about a thirty minute drive to Pigeon Forge, but we loved being away from all the crowds after spending all day at Dollywood!

The place is perfect for a family or 2 couples. It is small although enough to be comfy. It has great views of the Smoky Mountains and very peaceful.

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was in the perfect location, close to Gatlinburg but in a quiet and safe area. The amenities were top-notch, and I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. It has a beautiful mountain view. The only negative is that I’m a light sleeper, and the sunlight in the morning woke me up earlier than I would have liked because of the lack of blackout curtains. However, that’s an easy fix, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else visiting Gatlinburg.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The cabin is perched in a prime location, offering stunning panoramic scenery that we enjoyed from the large deck and hot tubs. Whether it was morning coffee with the sunrise or unwinding in the evening, the views were simply unforgettable. Inside, the cabin is just as impressive. The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals while enjoying the open-concept layout. Everything was spotless and high-quality, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the hot tubs yes, multiple! Nothing beats soaking in a warm tub while taking in the mountain views. The cabin also features a pool table, which added to the fun and kept everyone entertained in the evenings. Overall, this was an incredible getaway.The combination of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable scenery made for a five star experience. We highly recommend booking.

We had a good weekend visit. Getting up to the condo is steep and narrow so be prepared. But most of this area is similar. The condo was clean and offered some toiletries, which is always nice!! The pool was heated and the views are BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Prestige was a great place to stay while on our vacation , although we all was sick while on our stay the team their made us feel comfortable. The view was nice very nice room and quiet surroundings.

My fiance and I booked this for a last minute, quick weekend trip & it did not disappoint! Although the drive up isn’t amazing (we had a bigger truck), the view was definitely worth it! We would totally book again!

Positive: The location was amazing and the views from the property were breathtaking! The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Negative: While we were staying the ONLY issue was not being able to access the thermostat. All 3 nights were freezing and we were bundled up. That was the only downside.

View was good but old building, water started leaking from ceiling during our stay. Definitely not worth the money.

The condo had a weird smell at first. There were stains on the furniture like couch and pillows. We took out the sofa bed but seduced not to use it because it didn’t look very clean. The biggest problem was that our sink leaked. I needed to wash my sons baby bottles so there was no way to avoid it but the sink leaked at the bottom. I called the get it fixed and no one came. I was told that someone would reach out to me and no one ever did. I needed to put a towel underneath the sink to soak up the water. Not very happy tbh

Positive: The location was perfect. The property was very clean and looked exactly like it was pictured. Lots of space for the family to spread out and have fun.

Positive: The accommodations were exactly as described on the website. Although it is labeled as an 'apartment' on the booking website, which had me initially overlooking the property. It is in fact a house. The location is just off the arts and crafts community loop which was nice.

I personally did not like the road going up hill to the location, very windy with no guardrails. The overall stay was nice . The view WAS amazing though. Thank you again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a king size bed in both bedrooms as well as a TV in each room. Access was easy but they forgot to send me the door code before arrival. I did have a direct number for customer support and was quickly given the door code. We had no problems during our stay. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Clean linen and towels provided. The view from the deck was very peaceful.

Loved staying here! The only con was that the dishwasher didn’t work but Prestige was very helpful in trying to make things right and we are very appreciative!

Overall Great experience. Will use again.

Place was perfect for a boys trip. Got a lot of mileage out of the boxing machine.

Negative: The only down fall of the unit was random dead bugs on the kitchen floor and dining area.

This place, Hillside Hideaway, was a very nice place and was clean, large enough for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great for the grandkids and the outside large covered patio area was more than enough space for our family, and allowed us to get outdoors for a bit. Very nice place and Prestige was very responsive any time I had a question about codes or what to do if I was unsure. My family totally enjoyed their time together at this very nice house.

This house was perfect for my family. The kids loved the pool. That’s all they talked about. The host was very communicative. The house was clean upon arriving. I would definitely booked again.

The condo has a beautiful view!

Hillside Retreat is a great fit for a big family or group. The pics and description does not really do any justice. We had way more space than we really needed. Upon arrival and entering the house, it’s really breath taking. Usually when we visit Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area we hang out on the strip, but this time we didn’t leave the house for anything except groceries. Thanks Prestige VR for allowing us to rent your lovely home, and quick responses for all our needs and questions that occurred during our time there. We are def adding this home to our list for future stays in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. 💗💗💗
