We had a wonderful stay at this Gatlinburg condo! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pool was a huge hit with my little one and provided hours of fun during our stay. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time enjoying the scenery. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was seeing a bear although a little closer than expected! It was walking right in front of our condo, which was both exciting and a reminder that you’re truly surrounded by nature in the Smokies. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Gatlinburg. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Positive: A vista

Positive: The view was fantastic!!!!! The drive up the mountain was a bit unnerving at first, but ok. The signage and arrows definitely help with the trips up and down the mountain. Parking was easy access. We did not use the pool, but we did enjoy the view and relaxing setup of the outside common area, beautiful!! Negative: Did not care for the very very low bed. Bed was comfortable enough, but it was a struggle to get our old bones out of lol

What an amazing week in the mountains! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Every morning we woke up to the stunning lake and mountain views, fresh air, and the peaceful sounds of nature. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family getaway. This was more than just a vacation, it was a week full of love, celebration, adventure, and togetherness. We leave with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a desire to return again in the future. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape. We can’t wait to come back!

It was wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Positive: The view from our balcony was amazing. It was comfortable and attractive inside. Negative: There are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. You have to turn a switch on the turns on a lamp. The one in the second bedroom was broken. We had to call for repairs to it so that people could see in there at night.The drain stoppers for the bathtub were the wrong kind so One could not take a bath. I had to go out and buy stoppers myself so that people could take baths.

Positive: Beautiful cabin in excellent location in the Smokey Mountains. Negative: Nothing! Gatlinburg is very gimmicky, but the cabin and the National Park are exceptional!

Positive: Everything especially having a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. Also having games to occupy the children during rainstorms was a big help! Negative: The bed in the larger room with the patio was a little uncomfortable. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed even. Where as I woke up with my back hurting. Also not that it was something against our stay, the tv in the bigger bedroom has a slight line threw the top part of the tv. Kids have no bad reviews.

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Positive: The view was incredible of the Smoky Mountains in the morning and at sunset. It’s very quiet and comfortable away from the busy downtown area which is wonderful. Love the close access to the NP. Highly recommend and excellent value.

Great stay overall. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a small issue during check-in because the original door codes didn’t work and there were connectivity issues while it was raining outside, but the team responded quickly and resolved it. Other than that, we had a really good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The whole home was amazing even seen bears in the morning! Negative: Didn’t know which light switches did what it was a memory figuring it out haha not really bad but wish there was labels at least

Beautiful Retreat. I would definitely recommend.

Clean and cozy with the best views possible. It’s a fun drive up the mountain that makes you feel at the top of the world but still close enough to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the pool and the yard games along with sitting on the balcony. And any questions we had got answered quickly and politely. We will definitely be back!

Positive: The view was definitely amazing and might actually be the best in Gatlinburg. The place was very clean and has full amenities, and the nightlight and speaker in the bathroom were a nice touch. The pool and outside deck meant you didn’t need to travel. The staff were all friendly and it was an amazing value for the price. Negative: The only drawback was that the hot tub was out of order while we were there.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The home was clean, well organized had alot of board games, the pool was warm and the hot tub was the perfect temperature! would 100% recommend this home. We already have other family members looking at staying here!!

Positive: It was beautiful! We’ve been to Gatlinburg many times and we love it but this was the best view we’ve had! The property was clean and taken care of! We saw a mama bear and 2 cubs in the yard as soon as we got there! So cool! They were very close to us. We went upstairs to not bother and just watched them. Negative: This is not a deal breaker (we would love to stay again in the future!) but if I’m being honest, the water pressure was low in the shower and the beds were not comfortable. The king was extremely hard and the other just wasn’t either. I think the problem with it was more the thick plastic like mattress cover on it. Which I do get cuz I strip beds searching for bugs before staying anywhere. Also a bear messed up a vehicle pretty bad our first night staying. My husband caught it in the act and he bout had a heart attack cuz he didn’t see the bear at first. He ran back up stairs and recorded it but the car was ruined already. It was trying to get in all the cards thank GOD I left no food or drink in my brand new car!! It did get on the back of my husbands truck after a sofa bottle and rubbed all down the side trying to get in his truck. Left stinky mud all over it lol but could’ve been worse! The other cars window was busted out and seats ruined! Still the coolest stay tho! TAKE ALL FOOD/DRINK OUT YOUR CAR!! 🐻

Positive: This place was beautiful nicely decorated ..perfect spot we wanted to be in mountains. We saw bears stopped in downtown gatlinburg not far at all..Ate at Trishs diner very nice..Went to the creek. We really enjoyed our stay. We asked for more towels and got it right away. We will be back .

This was our third stay at this cabin. It was perfect for our week of competition at Rocky Top Sports Complex.

Positive: Beautiful location up in the mountains about 20 min drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Very quiet and peaceful location, and apartment was extremely clean. Had no problems checking in or during our stay.

Absolutely amazing view – beats the hotels in the city that don’t have the same view that this property offers. The host were super kind and considerate the whole time and even checked in on us to see if everything was up to standard! Thank you for an amazing trip – we would love to visit again ! There was also a wedding that was hosted on the balcony of the pool which is a really beautiful place for anyone looking in the future!

We had an awesome stay for my birthday. The home was beautiful and well decorated. Easy in easy out. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! My only qualm was that it was very cold in the home at night. We adusted the thermostat but it was cold.

Great place amaizing views

We love staying at this resort. The views are awesome and we always see at least one black bear wondering around during our week stay. The whole thing is on stilts, basically, so you don’t have to worry much about wildlife getting too close when you are “home.” We like to bring food and cook at home. So a kitchen is a must for us. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a more comfortable and spacious stay. The resort is older but pretty well maintained and each condo is usually updated by the owner. Parking can get cramped if the units are full, but still worth the potential trouble most of the time. The coin laundry is vital with kids. The washers all worked great, but the dryers have been there for over 10 years that we have visited. They need replaced. Overall we love it here. The view of the national park is just everything.

The home was beautiful! Mostly clean. There was a brown stain on the fitted sheet of one of the downstairs bedrooms (I think it was makeup) but other than that, it was very clean. It was VERY COLD on the two lower levels but there were lots of blankets. It’s beautiful. I would stay there again.

Mountains blew me away

Positive: We loved the Mountain View’s we woke up to each morning. Negative: The bathtub was really slippery for my little boys, but it was exceptionally clean.

Positive: It was nice with a great view.. The directions on how to enter the room was easy and clear. Negative: The floor wasn’t very sound insulated and every time my kids would walk on the floor the downstairs folks would bang on the ceiling.

Positive: The place was clean and the decorations made it feel cozy. It was spacious and I didn’t feel cramped. The stuffed animals added a cute vibe. Obviously loved the view of the mountains. Kept my blinds open every night so I could see them when I woke up. The Bluetooth speakers and dimmable lights in the bathrooms were excellent and made me wish I had my own at home. Negative: Only thing I didn’t like was the drive up and down to the property… but that’s not the property owner’s fault haha.

This place is WELL worth the money! I had no idea we would be up in the mountains, so that scared me at first! The view, AMAZING! Host was super responsive and kind! Loved the amenities and the room was clean! I look forward to coming back

Positive: Excellent view! Beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Negative: Steep road and sharp turns to get there but worth it for the views.

I had a great experience at the condo. The view was great. The only issue was there was a small tear in the carpet that separated the living and kitchen area that had a nail/ tack sticking out we stepped on a few times. I noticed the owner but never got a response. We had to cover the area up with the rug from the kitchen. But the overall stay was amazing!

The condo is exactly as the pictures. It was clean and the views are so beautiful. I did have Internet issues as the WiFi network did not show up on any of my devices. However they were very responsive when I told them I had to work remotely the next morning and had me connect to the next unit’s WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook and not go out. I would definitely stay here again!

It was super cozy and a beautiful view! It was close enough to town but still far enough to feel like you’re in the mountains. It was super clean and welcoming.

Positive: I loved the view and how clean it was, my view of the mountains, the fact that they provide you with everything including makeup towels. I also loved that the tv was Roku. Negative: The pool area in my opinion could’ve been a little cleaner.

Positive: It looked very nice Negative: It is too far away from doing anything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Overall great experience the pool was the warmest of anyplace I’ve stayed thus far and I travel a lot between vacation rentals and my timeshare.

The place was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly.

Positive: Cozy Bear has a wonderful view. It was clean and modern, with comfortable seating. The bed was really comfortable as well. Negative: The condo is on the lower level and there is a flight of stairs down. We were not aware of the stairs and had difficulty, as we both have mobility issues from recent surgeries.

Always wanting something close for my staff with enough room to exist in their own space after a long day of work and this was perfect.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect, it quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was, from the fresh linens to the fully stocked kitchen. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!

Roomy, cozy, and well-kept! The team was very responsive! The pool was beautifully maintained, hot tub heated to perfection, and house was spotless. Although, a bit of a drive to the main strip- well worth the money spent! It is hard to find something so good priced for parties so large! Or group was 8 + an infant. Only minor complaint is that there was no crib available on site. Rooms were so spacious we had no issue finding room for our bassinet from home! Loved this stay!

They are not lying, best views of any Airbnb. It is a little drive into town, but it was the perfect distance. Easy and incredible drive. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and took care of things right away. One of my most favorite stays of all time.

My boyfriend and I decided to come into town a bit earlier than we were going to so I booked this place last minute. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how tidy the place was. It was very easy to find and get into. And I also really appreciated how friendly and responsive the hosts were. Usually we opt for a cabin- BUT if we ever wanted to stay in a condo again I would absolutely prefer to stay with this host again. It was quiet, peaceful, and amazing views!

While it suited our needs well, it does need some updates. The couch and chair has seen many better days and the beds are well worn. It was very clean and decently stocked. We knew prior that the drive would be steep and winding, and this is very true. We are well navigated on roads like this so it wasn’t an issue for us. The remotes to the 3 tvs were also a wild adventure. The pool and deck were nice and well maintained. There was pay per load laundry room with a change machine that worked well. Overall it was a nice stay, with a few new things it would’ve been perfect.

The host was wonderful! The house was as described, very spacious and comfortable, very clean. We took a girls trip and there was plenty to do around for all ages. Highly recommended for this host and this property.

Loved the view and close to everything

This was the perfect listing for my personal retreat! It was perfectly tucked away, and the unit was cute, comfortable and cozy and felt safe, not to mention the amazing views. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, offering late check out for minimal cost. For anyone considering staying here or any of the other units, do you let the drive up scare you, I promise its not that bad, you’ll be fine and its definitely worth it! Yes the shower pressure is not great but the temperature makes up for it. Yes people in other units were kinda loud and annoying but turn on some music and itll be fine. I had a great stay and looking forward to staying at their other properties!

I really liked the condo my family stayed in. If I had a complaint it would be that everything was so far away and the drive up was a little nerve wrecking. But the view was amazing. I would stay there again but I would grocery shop before I got to the location.

Positive: Very clean. Had everything we needed to cook. Kids so enjoyed the pool/hot tub, and ping pong. So close to downtown and all the attractions. We have already recommended it to three of our friends! Negative: The pull out (couch bed) was broken on bottom one side. The mattress so then the guest who slept there did not rest well.

Positive: I loved the view and the relaxing atmosphere. The unit was spacious and the location was great. None of the downtown traffic and amenities were close to the property Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Positive: I loved everything about this property, it was clean, welcoming and felt safe. Negative: There wasn’t anything to not like. There are a few things I want to point out that I seen and don’t want to be blamed for there’s a stain on the stool in the living room and the TV is crooked in the master bedroom. None of this affected my stay though I loved it.

What an AMAZING stay! You cannot beat the view. Sitting out on the balcony every morning looking over the mountains could not be beat. Space was very clean and host was very responsive. Perfect size for a stay in Gatlinburg! Cannot recommend more!
