great view and clean space!

Positive: The place was clean and the decorations made it feel cozy. It was spacious and I didn’t feel cramped. The stuffed animals added a cute vibe. Obviously loved the view of the mountains. Kept my blinds open every night so I could see them when I woke up. The Bluetooth speakers and dimmable lights in the bathrooms were excellent and made me wish I had my own at home. Negative: Only thing I didn’t like was the drive up and down to the property… but that’s not the property owner’s fault haha.

This place is WELL worth the money! I had no idea we would be up in the mountains, so that scared me at first! The view, AMAZING! Host was super responsive and kind! Loved the amenities and the room was clean! I look forward to coming back

Positive: Excellent view! Beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Negative: Steep road and sharp turns to get there but worth it for the views.

I had a great experience at the condo. The view was great. The only issue was there was a small tear in the carpet that separated the living and kitchen area that had a nail/ tack sticking out we stepped on a few times. I noticed the owner but never got a response. We had to cover the area up with the rug from the kitchen. But the overall stay was amazing!

The condo is exactly as the pictures. It was clean and the views are so beautiful. I did have Internet issues as the WiFi network did not show up on any of my devices. However they were very responsive when I told them I had to work remotely the next morning and had me connect to the next unit’s WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook and not go out. I would definitely stay here again!

It was super cozy and a beautiful view! It was close enough to town but still far enough to feel like you’re in the mountains. It was super clean and welcoming.

Positive: I loved the view and how clean it was, my view of the mountains, the fact that they provide you with everything including makeup towels. I also loved that the tv was Roku. Negative: The pool area in my opinion could’ve been a little cleaner.

Positive: It looked very nice Negative: It is too far away from doing anything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Overall great experience the pool was the warmest of anyplace I’ve stayed thus far and I travel a lot between vacation rentals and my timeshare.

Positive: I love all of the updates and the beautiful views! Negative: The bed and the couch were both very hard.

The place was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly.

Positive: Cozy Bear has a wonderful view. It was clean and modern, with comfortable seating. The bed was really comfortable as well. Negative: The condo is on the lower level and there is a flight of stairs down. We were not aware of the stairs and had difficulty, as we both have mobility issues from recent surgeries.

Always wanting something close for my staff with enough room to exist in their own space after a long day of work and this was perfect.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect, it quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was, from the fresh linens to the fully stocked kitchen. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!

Roomy, cozy, and well-kept! The team was very responsive! The pool was beautifully maintained, hot tub heated to perfection, and house was spotless. Although, a bit of a drive to the main strip- well worth the money spent! It is hard to find something so good priced for parties so large! Or group was 8 + an infant. Only minor complaint is that there was no crib available on site. Rooms were so spacious we had no issue finding room for our bassinet from home! Loved this stay!

They are not lying, best views of any Airbnb. It is a little drive into town, but it was the perfect distance. Easy and incredible drive. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and took care of things right away. One of my most favorite stays of all time.

My boyfriend and I decided to come into town a bit earlier than we were going to so I booked this place last minute. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and how tidy the place was. It was very easy to find and get into. And I also really appreciated how friendly and responsive the hosts were. Usually we opt for a cabin- BUT if we ever wanted to stay in a condo again I would absolutely prefer to stay with this host again. It was quiet, peaceful, and amazing views!

The home was nice and comfortable! Perfect for 2 families to spend time together comfortably. Super clean and the hot tub was a nice touch.

While it suited our needs well, it does need some updates. The couch and chair has seen many better days and the beds are well worn. It was very clean and decently stocked. We knew prior that the drive would be steep and winding, and this is very true. We are well navigated on roads like this so it wasn’t an issue for us. The remotes to the 3 tvs were also a wild adventure. The pool and deck were nice and well maintained. There was pay per load laundry room with a change machine that worked well. Overall it was a nice stay, with a few new things it would’ve been perfect.

The host was wonderful! The house was as described, very spacious and comfortable, very clean. We took a girls trip and there was plenty to do around for all ages. Highly recommended for this host and this property.

Loved the view and close to everything

This was the perfect listing for my personal retreat! It was perfectly tucked away, and the unit was cute, comfortable and cozy and felt safe, not to mention the amazing views. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, offering late check out for minimal cost. For anyone considering staying here or any of the other units, do you let the drive up scare you, I promise its not that bad, you’ll be fine and its definitely worth it! Yes the shower pressure is not great but the temperature makes up for it. Yes people in other units were kinda loud and annoying but turn on some music and itll be fine. I had a great stay and looking forward to staying at their other properties!

I really liked the condo my family stayed in. If I had a complaint it would be that everything was so far away and the drive up was a little nerve wrecking. But the view was amazing. I would stay there again but I would grocery shop before I got to the location.

Positive: Very clean. Had everything we needed to cook. Kids so enjoyed the pool/hot tub, and ping pong. So close to downtown and all the attractions. We have already recommended it to three of our friends! Negative: The pull out (couch bed) was broken on bottom one side. The mattress so then the guest who slept there did not rest well.

Positive: I loved the view and the relaxing atmosphere. The unit was spacious and the location was great. None of the downtown traffic and amenities were close to the property Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Positive: I loved everything about this property, it was clean, welcoming and felt safe. Negative: There wasn’t anything to not like. There are a few things I want to point out that I seen and don’t want to be blamed for there’s a stain on the stool in the living room and the TV is crooked in the master bedroom. None of this affected my stay though I loved it.

What an AMAZING stay! You cannot beat the view. Sitting out on the balcony every morning looking over the mountains could not be beat. Space was very clean and host was very responsive. Perfect size for a stay in Gatlinburg! Cannot recommend more!

Positive: The perfect room with the best views! Very clean and has everything you need. Negative: The bathroom could be updated and the door didn’t shut all the way in the bathroom but that’s no big deal!

Positive: With all the places we have stayed in over the years in this area, I had very low expectations for this chalet. It wasn’t until we pulled in the driveway that I did a double take and literally thought we had the wrong address…it’s GORGEOUS and I couldn’t believe the size. The pictures do not do it justice, even though the pictures are phenomenal. My husband and kids and I couldn’t believe we were paying a few dollars more to stay here than the hotel I had booked originally, and man, was it the best decision I have ever made. Arise in the Glades is total perfection, super clean, spacious, kitchen stocked with everything (even an air fryer!), air hockey table and movie room on the bottom floor, beds are great, and the location is perfect, away from the main strip of Gatlinburg but literally 8 minutes driving to get to everything. I cannot say enough about this chalet, and I strongly recommend it!

Positive: Beautiful view. Utilize the clubhouse patio with gas fire tables. So pretty, and right next to the building where we stayed. The unit was very clean. Negative: All furniture was extremely worn out and dated. It would take so little to improve it.

This is a great place to stay. Super close to downtown which was perfect because our vehicle we rented only has so many miles that we could use.

Communication was top notch! Any questions I had were responded to promptly and with extreme professionalism. The unit we stayed in was as described and perfect for our family of three. Beautiful views of the mountains from multiple locations. There were plenty amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis court, games, etc.).

We chose this house because of the location and the amenities. We had a 16 and 11 year old with us so the air hockey table was a big part of our decision to rent at this location. The first day we checked in at 4:00 and could not connect to WiFi , use the televisions and the air hockey table didn’t work. There were no written instructions as we’ve found in other rentals. I sent a note through Airbnb and someone came to fix all three issues late the following afternoon. Disappointing first day but the next two days were good.

Gorgeous condo in the mountains. Stunning views and responsive listing agent. Will be coming back. I had a small issue that was resolved very quickly and communicated thoroughly. The place is clean and beautiful. The only thing that would’ve been better was a more comfortable pull out couch, it was very thing and made it difficult to sleep.

We loved staying here. Our family had a great time!! Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, game room was also lots of fun!

Positive: Amazing view, cozy condo, well-stocked kitchen, quiet location away from all the craziness of Gatlinburg Negative: It is a little far from the main national park areas, but we knew that when we booked, and it was not a problem during our trip.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was very convenient—just a short drive to shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained. Our kids especially loved the air hockey table and the board games, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances like a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, which we really appreciated. However, we couldn’t find extra paper towels, salt, or sugar sachets during our stay—having a basic starter supply or starter pack would have been ideal. Additionally, the hot tub didn’t heat up as expected and remained only lukewarm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend this place.

Positive: Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s my 2nd time booking with this host and both times have been amazing and an easy process. The only bad part was having to leave! The views are absolutely stunning and will make you want to come back again. And it’s in a great location.

Positive: The location was absolutely beautiful. I see why it’s called Above the Clouds. We saw 3 black bears twice as we were driving up the mountain to the property. All the amenities were available and working but we didn’t take advantage of them. There’s a really nice fire pit on the deck overlooking the mountains… absolutely breathtaking! The cleaning service could have done a better job as the living room and bathroom weren’t as clean as it should have been. Overall the property was very nice and I’ll definitely go back. Hopefully the water pressure won’t be an issue this time. Negative: The water pressure and the hot water didn’t last long. The second person to shower had luke warm to cold temperature. Both showers couldn’t be on at the same time. I’m not sure if it was because of the weather as we went in January but that’s even more reason to have a nice hot shower.

Great host who communicated quickly

Positive: We loved that this property was right outside the busy town. We really enjoyed that it was only about a 25 minute drive from national park entrance.

Positive: The view cannot get any better. Negative: Could use more glasses, utensils, kitchen basics like salt and pepper.

We walked into our Airbnb and everything was perfect—the views were absolutely breathtaking, and I would definitely book a place with a view like this again. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that impacted our stay. Upon entering the condo, there was a sticky spot in the carpet that would cling to our socks. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the home when we first arrived. In the master bedroom, the bathroom towels smelled like they hadn’t fully dried, and the shower curtain had buildup along the bottom, which caused an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Overall, the location and views were amazing, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved to match the experience

We had an amazing time at this home. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed that it wasn’t far from many attractions. Bed were comfortable and clean. The kids has a blast in the game room and hot tub! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This place completely matched the description and was perfect for us. When the hot tub was not heating up and the fireplace didn’t seem to be working, they sent someone over the next morning to fix. It was user error and our fault, but they were quick to respond and fix!

Spring break trip with my kids and it was absolutely awesome! The views are breathtaking! The host was wonderful even so much as checking in with me and making sure all was well! The pictures do no justice of how relaxing and beautiful the views are! Will most definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely place ! It was cute, clean, and very well kept, making it a comfortable place to relax. The views were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. We also felt very safe during our stay, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind.

Positive: The view was the best. Location was also good. Negative: The beds mattress was very hard. And the people above us made so much noise you couldn’t enjoy setting on the deck.

Positive: There was one employee named Ashley that went above and beyond to help us fix all the issues we had Negative: Had a lot of issues with the condo/things not working. We booked this location specifically on having a hot tube and indoor heated pool so were extremely disappointed that was not working, as a single mom with extremely low income, this was the one thing I got to do for us for the year. I can not afford to take my kids to all the fun events there, but I promised them a heated pool and hot tub so very very upsetting

Positive: Great view and very clean. Easy use of code instead of keys for the door which was great. Beds are super comfortable. Negative: Hot tub and pool heater were out during our stay so we didn’t really get to use those facilities.

The house was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. Would 100% book with them again.

We loved this condo! Super clean the view was AMAZING!! The bed was a 5 stars it was comfortable! We was just out of all the Gatlinburg traffic but close enough to everything! I highly recommend this was my first time doing a Airbnb and it lived up to the expectations!

Great family destination. We loved the pool and hot tub. View was breathtaking! Was great experience. A bit of a distance out from downtown Gatlinburg but made for a great nature viewing experience!

Great views, and responsive host

It has a beautiful view even tho the water was down, it was quiet and peaceful. There must have been a street car show somewhere bc several of them were staying a road down from me and every morning they tried to come through quite as they possibly could be. Loved having our own private pool. My kids stayed in it for hours daily. As many times as I walked up and down the stairs I should have buns of steel now 🤣🤣 all thanks to my kids calling my name every 5 seconds from the bottom floor. I will definitely book here again next year when we come back. Thank you for promptly taking care of any of my needs and answering my questions.
