Positive: It was a beautiful, clean property. The kids really loved the air hockey table and movie room! Negative: The only issue we had was the smell. It smelt like old trash or old food in the house.

It was the most beautiful place ever! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone in the area. It had the most amazing view it was cleaned. It was exactly like the pictures. I would for sure go back just to stay in that place. I absolutely loved it!

Positive: The location and views were amazing. Plenty of room for the family. 2 hot tubs and a wonderful kitchen. Negative: No dishwasher pods were provided. The game room is not heated unless you make a fire in the fireplace.

Very clean and beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable home feeling. However we had such a busy weekend we did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have like so we will be booking again! No complaints just a heads up the mattresses are very soft for those who like a firm bed myself.

Absolutely beautiful!

It sort of sounded like it was closer to Sevierville or actually in Sevierville. There were several things in need of repair. Screen doors some were not on the track correctly, downstairs king bedroom toilet handle was broken. AC seemed not working correctly. Some of the insides of the cups were not clean. Would have been nice to have some more trash bags. Seemed like the insides needed updating for the price asked to rent. Almost felt like the place has not had very much maintenance over time and that was also addressed in the book that past people had posted that had stayed there. Internet was slow and the tv kept buffering the whole time we were there. It was spacious and the kids enjoyed the pool. We loved that our family could stay in 1 place. Loved the open concept. Loved we could sleep on different floors with kids. We enjoyed the stay.

This is a very beautiful house that sits on a lake with a great view. I would suggest a housekeeping review as places in the home we’re not completely clean.

This was the perfect location for my family stay. The amenities were exactly as listed. The property is a refurbished older unit, but other than a few cosmetic things, was very clean and exactly as we expected. The view is phenomenal and we can’t wait to stay here again.

We made a last minute decision to head to the mountains and we are so glad we chose to stay here! The only negative was we couldn’t stay longer-ha! It was a beautiful, clean, quiet! Perfect for us! About a 25-30 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our views at “home” and fun out during the day. The first evening we saw 5 bears right out the back porch. It was amazing! A momma bear and 4 cubs. We will definitely looking to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. Host was very communicative and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced and was as described in the description. I would recommend to anyone. Very close to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. We had a great stay!

We loved how spacious the house was! We had 13 people from 4 families, and everyone had plenty of room and their own space to relax. The kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a huge hit! Perfect home for large groups and families traveling together.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Host was very good about messaging back. The road up the mountain was a little steep but well worth it once you got to the property.

Positive: Beautifully laid out and very convenient. Amenities we fantastic. Negative: One photo indicates there is an outdoor fireplace and there is not one on this property. This was not a deal breaker for us as the property was otherwise very beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The driveway is very steep and would not work well for many in the winter if their vehicle is not strong and well equipped.

Positive: The view was beautiful and thought the fireplace would be cozy. Didn’t realize we’d have to buy firewood. Negative: The noisy downstairs bed and the constant communication related to fees for early check in or late check out; 10:00 am check out is early. No instructions or area suggestions provided. The tv was difficult to operate, including the volume. We ended up having to sign in to our own You Tube tv account to even watch the Tennessee vs Alabama football game which was regionally broadcast.

This had a beautiful view and is positioned at the very top of the mountain. The stay was nice and people were quiet. The only downside we had was that there were some bugs and spiders that we had to kill, but I mean we’re in the mountains so that probably comes with that some. But overall, we would recommend and would stay here again.

The home was beautiful! We came in for a wedding & it hosted the 5 of us wonderfully. Everything was clear & conscience from the beginning and we loved the property. We will stay here again!

Positive: It was everything that was shown it the pictures and the view was worth every penny. Negative: How far away from town it was but that’s the only way to get the amazing views. So nothing really anything we didn’t like.

Positive: The awesome view, the space for the two of us was good each having our own bathroom. Negative: Older place, seems water had been shut off previously. Nats in the coffee pot, didn’t seem very clean.

Overall an awesome place with great views and amenities. I took my car down for slammedenuff in October and the views were beautiful. That being said it is at the top of a mountain so be weary taking any lowered cars. Other than that an awesome place to stay. Will be coming back for sure

I dont think i will every stay with them again. Friday night, after such a long day, we got back to the bnb. For some reason the dumb lock code had changed or wouldnt work. But we tried everything, for hours and zero reply from the host. It was 2 in the morning, cold as hell , yea i dont wouldn’t recommend. Maybe this will change if i were to get a refund but till then, 0 stars if i could

The master bed could use some work. Was very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Could use more/better kitchen utensils The view from the balcony was fantastic though! Waking up before the sunrise and looking out the patio window, the view felt unreal! Would stay here again anytime but would like the see the bedroom setup improved.

This was a great place with wonderful views! Hosts were responsive but any modification or accommodation cost extra for the already hefty payment for two nights. There was everything needed to host. And a dollar general nearby offered shopping for last minute items. Garage is inaccessible.

We shared the house with extended family for wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and check in-out was simple. There’s 4 floors and many stairs which is something to consider if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It’s also not ideal for babies or toddlers. The resort area has nice views but the area overall is further away from stores, attractions, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This place was spectacular! It was cozy, clean, and had the most breath taking views! Best part was a bear climbing the tree outside the balcony! My daughter loved the puzzle and board games. Oh and the Bluetooth speaker light in the bathroom was awesome! Will be looking into getting one for our house now! We will definitely be staying here next time we come!

Positive: It was an exceptional experience where it’s located is absolutely stunning. My views blew my mind. I experienced Wildlife and Prestige took care of me made sure I had all my needs met. Communication was phenomenal. Negative: There’s not any oven mitts In my unit, you need to check the floors cause there’s some nails sticking out it’s along the trim of the main bedroom and the bottom and the entryway Those are absolute minor things. I just wanted you guys to know.

Positive: The view of the mountains was amazing!! Negative: The guests in the apartment upstairs gorilla stomped the ENTIRE time.

Positive: The cleanliness, the size and the view Negative: The location, the pool was dirty and not even accessible, none of the bedroom tv remotes worked so the tv was useless and the floor was peeling up in spots. It did not feel good stepping on these spots in the middle of the night.

Positive: The location & the decorations ! It was clean! The hot tub was nice , having seats outside of the pool for the view. Negative: Only one bathroom.

Positive: View. Negative: Dirty. Unable to enter … key safe and door didn’t work. Inside was grubby. Cobwebs. Dust. Dirty bathroom. Mattress protector plastic. Wardrobe door broken.

You can’t beat the view!!! It’s a little curvy to get there. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition. Beware, there are a lot of add ons, pack n play, firewood, early check in and check out are all available for an additional fee. We have not encountered so many additional fees for services with and Air B&B before. It’s understandable considering the location and there’s a management company handling this property.

The condo was a great stay for me and my brother. The views from the balcony were great and it came with all the major amenities we needed and more so. The road to it is a bit of trek, but overall very worth the time there.

I absolutely loved it the apartment view was beautiful the apartment was really clean and nice I highly recommend if I ever travel back to Tennessee I would definitely book here again ❤️

Beautiful scenery and definitely looked like the picture! They were very responsive and we had a great time❤️ our neighbors were very nice and definitely check out the hot tub you’re going to LOVE it. Definitely a 10/10 would definitely come again in 3 months

The view from the balcony is a million dollar view! The condo was great and we loved the indoor pool and sauna. The house was overall clean but there was some issues with cleaning and I let Prestige know during the stay. Their response was only a sorry. I own a short term rental business and know that if a guest finds something as big as I found that there should have been a partial refund on cleaning fee. They want to charge for early and late check in which I thought wasn’t appropriate. This experience would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the property management company lacking on customer service.

If you want the best and most comfortable view of the Great Smoky Mountains, stay here! It was a truly wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, I am so glad I stayed here! The hosts were very responsive and proactive with their communication. I had seen a review or two about noise concerns considering the condo is on the bottom floor, but I had no concerns of my own about this. All neighbors were very respectful and could not hear them at all. The bed was very comfortable! My only feedback was that the pillows were a little too big for sleeping. I would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb has everything you need for a great getaway in Gatlinburg. Beautiful space, with everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend. This will be my go to place to stay in Gatlinburg if available.

Positive: It’s a beautiful view very homey. Relaxing was amazing with the view Negative: The address is wrong on the website site. It listed has 1102 ski view drive. According to OnStar google and the local police its 1104 ski view Dr. took hours to find. I’m disabled and the 3 flights of stairs was a nightmare. NO ELEVATOR Should have been listed in the advertisement. The office manager was rude

Great place!

A great place to stay with amazing views! The only downside was the loft area was much warmer than the rest of the condo, we did have to open the windows at night for it to be cool enough to be comfortable. Overall a great stay otherwise!

Positive: It was cozy and clean and with the Mountain View in the morning was the icing on the cake, especially the host being super caring and always reaching out to make sure our stay was perfect. Negative: Property was flawless, nothing but good things to say.

This has to be one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. It was a solo trip to unplug & relax. The view was GORGEOUS! The unit was adorable! Host was very responsive. Check in was smooth, via digital code lock. I cannot find anything to complain about. I would stay there again & again!

This place was UNBELIEVABLE. The views were unreal. We watched the sunrise EVERY morning because it was so epic. The kitchen and every space was very open, clean and convenient. we truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% go back again. the hot tubs were clean and easily accessible. The host was VERY responsive. Its a fun, tight, turny road to get there – to be expected bc its on a mountain! Such a great spot, view is worth everything.

We had a great vacation. The view was absolutely stunning, and check in was super easy. The location is perfect. The only problem was the upstairs beds. Upon arrival the beds looked saggy and uneven. When it was time for bed my mom tried to lay down, and the slats on the bed frame fell out. We had to lift the box springs and mattress to put them back in place. Other than this we had no problems, and we had a great vacation!

My husband and I needed a last minute getaway and decided to stay here. It was beyond our expectations! We felt right at home and these hosts went above and beyond down to leaving swan towels and bow ties made of paper towels! Everything was clean and spacious. The views were breathtaking. We did see a bear for the very first time while driving up, it was spectacular! The price was definitely worth it! Extremely fast responses! Will definitely recommend AND be back!
