The view was incredible of the Smoky Mountains in the morning and at sunset. It’s very quiet and comfortable away from the busy downtown area which is wonderful. Love the close access to the NP. Highly recommend and excellent value.

The floor wasn’t very sound insulated and every time my kids would walk on the floor the downstairs folks would bang on the ceiling.

Absolutely amazing view – beats the hotels in the city that don’t have the same view that this property offers. The host were super kind and considerate the whole time and even checked in on us to see if everything was up to standard! Thank you for an amazing trip – we would love to visit again ! There was also a wedding that was hosted on the balcony of the pool which is a really beautiful place for anyone looking in the future!

They are not lying, best views of any Airbnb. It is a little drive into town, but it was the perfect distance. Easy and incredible drive. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and took care of things right away. One of my most favorite stays of all time.

Extremely beautiful place with an even more beautiful view! The drive to get there is definitely a little tricky but the views make it so worth it! It sits a little bit off of the city and makes for a perfect quiet get away after enjoying the festivities.

This place was spectacular! It was cozy, clean, and had the most breath taking views! Best part was a bear climbing the tree outside the balcony! My daughter loved the puzzle and board games. Oh and the Bluetooth speaker light in the bathroom was awesome! Will be looking into getting one for our house now! We will definitely be staying here next time we come!

This has to be one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. It was a solo trip to unplug & relax. The view was GORGEOUS! The unit was adorable! Host was very responsive. Check in was smooth, via digital code lock. I cannot find anything to complain about. I would stay there again & again!

Our stay was wonderful! Prestige is extremely communicative and are quick to respond to messages! The place was beautiful, however very dusty, especially the walls in the bathroom. It didn’t bother me much at all, but others might be sensitive to dust. Overall a great place with amazing views! I would stay here again!

the place was full of ants. upstairs AC didn’t work. we were only allowed one garbage bag for 4 people for a week. wanted to take garbage out but no bags. lots of noise in and around the building. no instructions how to run the lights on bathroom was all digital. horrible seating on the balcony couldn’t use it. I would never recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! The place was nice and clean. The view out of the balcony was unbelievable. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet stay. The pool and amenities were fairly crowded and unsanitary but the house itself was quiet and exactly what we were looking for!

I absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, very accommodating!! The view was gorgeous ! Yes, the drive up the mountain was a bit steep and a bit winding but still pretty manageable ! So close to the golf course and beautiful surroundings and away from all the hustle and bustle! The place was great! However the communication lacked as they forgot to tell us our room number, and had to wait in the parking lot at midnight waiting for a response. There were so many lady bugs in the room and hair on our sheets. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

We took this trip as an anniversary getaway! The room was just as pictured, 20-40 minutes (depending on traffic) from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beautiful views from all rooms. We would stay here again

The outside is part of the Deer Ridge resort and doesn’t do justice at all to how the condo is from the inside, so hold your judgement till you step inside. Prestige communicates very well.

I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was the perfect location to everything~far enough away from the crowds~yet an easy and beautiful drive to where I wanted to go~ and THE VIEWS were amazing.
It had a well stocked kitchen and Keurig pods available for a couple days. Bed was comfortable (only used first floor) although LOFT area was really cute. I really enjoyed my stay and would return. They also allowed me to bring the service dog I was working with (and the reason why I was coming to the area). I appreciated them welcoming me and my service dog. Be sure that you know the door code before going to the property. I did have problems with service until I was connected with WIFI.

Very clean and updated. Modern appliances. Woodburning fireplace was a plus! We got to see several bears walking around outside. Good cell service and internet in the condo. AMAZING mountain views!

We had an amazing time and gorgeous views. The location was perfect and we loved seeing Gatlinburg lighten up at night. We had 4 people stay total, it was such an amazing trip. The condo had everything that we needed and then some. There wasn’t one bad thing I could say about this place. Definitely look forward to coming back!

The condo itself was absolutely wonderful stunning views, clean, well stocked kitchen, updated appliances, and beautifully decorated. Not a bad drive up the mountain and close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Although we would still give it 5 stars, no place is perfect and there were a few things we would have changed. The bed was pretty hard (memory foam) and had a pretty big hump down the middle. There was a tennis ball sized hornets nest out on the balcony which made my husband nervous to sit under. I called the maintenence number the first day there and left a message asking if it could be removed and never heard back from anyone. Thankfully it was a little cooler when we were outside enjoying the view so they weren’t super active.
The pool, hot tub, and sauna were wonderful and well taken care of but the steam room was full of tiny flies that looked like they were coming out of the drain. We did let the front desk know about the flies.
Overall we would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. It was a quiet, relaxing area, perfect for a romantic week away! We were even lucky enough to get to enjoy seeing a few bears from a safe distance!

Fabulous condo with a fantastic view. The recent renovation was very well done. It is clean and modern with all of the comforts you could want, e.g. USB charging adapters on side tables. The size and two king beds make it perfect for a 1-2 couples or a small family with younger kids that can share a bed. It is just far enough outside the city to feel like you’re getting away, but close enough to all attractions in the area. This gains you the fantastic view. My wife and I sat on the balcony for a few hours on two of the nights we were there while our daughter slept in the loft. There was only one additional item we could have asked for: another mirror. The only mirror is the one above the sink in the bathroom, which can be a challenge if more than one person needs to get ready. Everything else was perfect. We would definitely come back again.

This is a beautifully decorated condo retreat with amazing landscape views. The hosts thought of all of the creature comforts; teas, coffee, bath products, throws for a chilly evening, and games. If you are using the VRBO app, for some reason you will not be able to message this host using the inbox service until it is updated. Not a big deal, but couldn’t give 4.75 stars for this category. If you do not hear back from the host just call and they will graciously help. Overall this is an ideal place to stay. I would definitely return.
