Positive:
We stayed in a beautiful home where we provided our own meals. My daughter-in-law prepared breakfast. We ate out the rest of the meals.
Negative:
Pollen! Mother Nature provides a lot of pollen, especially in the spring. That is totally normal and not a reflection on Heavens Summit or Prestige Vacation Rentals.

We booked this home for a family Christmas event and were assured it would be decorated for Christmas. Not only was the home not decorated, we also could not get into the garage (not mentioned in the listing) and we had to unpack two cars up icy stairs. Fine, we can move on from that… until we got inside. There was not one single decoration. I also had to clean the bunk beds where there were brown smears on the wood. The dining chairs were filthy. The coffee maker did not work, thankfully we had packed a keurig. The oven was broken and the people they sent out could not repair it which means we could not cook our Christmas dinner… $200 of groceries that we had to re-pack and bring back home. We left a day early. Essentially we had to try and make the best out of our weekend rather than enjoying it. Our family vacation was definitely one to remember, but for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful home, terrible execution. Waiting resolve from the company. I hope they make it right.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. From the picturesque background of the mountains to the plethora of games they supplied for guests, this place was exceptional! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area!

My family and I loved it. Beautiful home. Quiet and beautiful views. Little bit of a drive to downtown but not horrible. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds comfy and spacious. Will definitely be coming back
