The location, the pool was dirty and not even accessible, none of the bedroom tv remotes worked so the tv was useless and the floor was peeling up in spots. It did not feel good stepping on these spots in the middle of the night.

I’m disabled and the 3 flights of stairs was a nightmare. NO ELEVATOR Should have been listed in the advertisement. The office manager was rude

The place matched the pictures. Immediately after check-in there was roaches crawling on the kitchen counter tops. Bath tubs had dark rings in them. Boogers on wall underneath the clock. Floors turned our white socks black. Beds sunken in. All of which was reported and we got a apology but not a solution or offer to have fixed. Had the issue got resolved the following day I would give this location a 4/5star. roaches only seen 5 during the whole weekend so not a infestation. Condo is cute and the bear activity kept us highly entertained. If Cleaning is brought up to par this location would be perfect.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones estupendas en ese lugar maravilloso muy acogedor y una buena vista tiene todo lo que necesitamos muy buena comunicación con Prestige Rentals se los recomiendo muchísimo!!!

I was charged way more for 2 extra hrs then was invoiced for especially when I only arrived an hour early. Had to call to be let in multiple times when I arrived and ended up having to use back up code. It’s a very cute place but not even close to worth nearly $400 for 1 night.

We didn’t like how maintenance came to change and check stuff while we were there. Glad we were there just didn’t feel comfortable.

This was my first time in Gatlinburg, and the Condo was all I was looking for. Beautiful view. I even was able to see a bear, which I consider it is a great thing.

This host was truly exceptional. Not only did I encounter a challenging check-in, but they promptly rectified the situation. They went above and beyond to address my concerns, made an extra effort, and even gifted me a token of their appreciation. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, so I extended my stay by an additional day. I will definitely be returning to this establishment on my next visit to the town.
Highly recommend to friends and family!!!

Pictures look great, but they don’t show how run down the complex is and don’t show the small bugs crawling out from the walls. Within the 10 minutes we were inside the unit, 6 small bugs appeared and we were heavily disgusted — ChatGPT told us they were either Bed Bugs or Cockroach Nymphs. Either way, we knew we couldn’t stay. The complex that the unit is in is very run down and not well maintained. I walked through several cobwebs on the stairs just trying to get to Prestige’s unit. There were only 4 other cars in a parking lot where you’d expect 40 cars which should’ve told us right then that it wasn’t a good property but you live and you learn. I would recommend paying more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained. 0/10 recommend.

The view was beautiful. It felt great to be surrounded by nature. We were at the very top of the mountains 😁🌄. We had an outside patio from the master bedroom which was great to sit and watch the sunrise and the sunset. The cabin was extremely huge , clean, spacious. Everything you would need was provided. The Wi-Fi was included as well as streaming devices for the TV. You felt like you were at a hotel mixed with a cabin vibes. Since all the amenities were provided plus extra. I like that we had the option to cook, a stove, full size fridge and all kitchen utensils included.

N/A had a great time will definitely be back again

Place was very clean and well taken care of! My only complaint would be the cold indoor pool. We didn’t use it because it was too cold, but the place itself was perfect for what we needed, comfy beds, and clean space!

There’s a chair in the master bedroom that is a tripping hazard. It sits in. The corner of the room and there’s not much room between it and the bed. Unfortunately my husband found out the hard way as he fell to the floor. He is fine but if this was an elderly person the story may have ended differently.

We found a molar tooth in the room and also mold growing. They didn’t off us any type of refund just an apology.

Everything was welcoming and clean. The beds were comfortable with extra throw blankets. The balcony was amazing with exceptional views. Would highly recommend to anybody.
