Id like to start by saying the pictures have definitely been edited or tailored to make everything look new and clean. The place itself was older and needs some work. Some of the floor was coming off in the kitchen area and the towel bar was wiggling like it could fall off. Bed is definitely old and worn. Walls had lots of scrapes, smudges and cobwebs in most corners. It was decent to stay for a couple nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that. Upstairs neighbors super noisy all hours of the night. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the resort amenities. Beautiful views, pool, screened in picnic tables, cornhole , ping pong all the fun games to keep you entertained. The playground is old and covered in bees so it could use a remodel but mostly the outdoor activities were the best part of our stay

The accommodations were nice overall. We appreciated the balcony view and cleanliness of the condo. We were too far from downtown Gatlinburg for our liking, but we made it work! Trisha’s Diner was a great place to stop for breakfast!

We had an amazing stay at the Deer Ridge Resort. The views for breathtaking, the room was cozy, and clean. The only complaints I have is that the neighbors upstairs were loud and we could hear them with every step they took. And we did find one insect in our room. However, I took a photo, sent it to the host and they responded very quickly with apologies!

The views are amazing and Prestige fixed a light bulb as soon as we told them of the issue. Close to Gatlinburg but quiet area that felt more secluded. Be aware it is a resort so there will be families and people in/out of the complex (our neighbors arrived above us at 1am lol). If you visit, you have to check out Trish’s Mountain Diner that’s less 10min down the road, best food (homemade maple syrup and biscuits too!) we had and so cheap compared to Gatlinburg. We were able to see bears right off the property but felt very safe during our stay. Oh, don’t forget to check out Painted Bear Coffee Co on your way from the condo to Gatlinburg, local everything!

A very nice place, exactly as advertised. Well worth the price. A perfect escape from the city.

My fiance and I booked this for a last minute, quick weekend trip & it did not disappoint! Although the drive up isn’t amazing (we had a bigger truck), the view was definitely worth it! We would totally book again!

Awesome place to stay with a spectacular view! Great place to kick back and relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. Highly recommended!

– Shower knob came off and we couldnt adjust the water temperature.
– Notified the maintenance team but never take any actions
– Sink is clogged because the disposer is not working as intended
