I must say, our past week here was nothing short of amazing. It was about 40 minutes out from everywhere but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. We ran into a small inconvenience with the tv, we stated the issue and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. The host is very friendly and response time is impeccably quick. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family & I would for sure come back.

The condo is really nice it is really close to the indoor pool. It is bit far from the attractions of Gatlinburg but the view is beautiful and the place is really peaceful.

unit had lots of bugs appearing each day. accused us of leaving dirty when i believe the cleaner sabotaged us when we all cleaned the night before even washed dishes took out trash vaccumed and etc

This place was exactly as described. We take an annual family Christmas trip and it was perfect. The view was nothing short of amazing. We loved the drive up the mountain which was easily accessible. We will book this place again in the future.
