Bears in the parking lot on arrival at dusk so be on alert. I was standing in front of the key pad and turned to ask my husband something – he was near the back of our car and a bear walk between us on the walkway. The bear was not interested in us but it was a bit shocking. The k-pod part of the double duty coffee pot did not function even after watching YouTube video so that was very annoying but the management company was very responsive and corrected the issue for our second morning. The drive up was worth the beautiful views. Nature was peaceful but lots of noisy children in condo’s above and beside so not always quiet. Had everything we needed and much better than a hotel room. No steps to access condo a huge plus. Would recommend if seeking the quieter side Smokey MNP.

Perfect getaway for our anniversary weekend! The view from the patio is like a piece of heaven!

The location was just like pictured on website and offered beautiful scenery. Only thing I wish was different was that the bedroom was cleaner (covers) and that the towels smelled a bit better. Aside from that, it was a calm, private, and peaceful ambient.

Really enjoyed the stay. Space was comfortable for 2 people. Had nice views of the mountains from the balcony. King size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for some home cooked meals. The drive to Gatlinburg was about 25 mins and a straight shot to drive too. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to find. The road up wasn’t near as bad as other condos Ive stayed at in the area. The views are amazing! I forgot my kindle & reached out to them. They were very responsive and helpful in finding it & shipping it to me. Would definitely stay here again!!
