☀ What does the drive there look like?
➜ Transparently, the drive up to the property can be steep and winding. We recommend arriving before sundown, as it can be uncomfortable/scary to navigate in the dark. We also recommend using a reliable, up-to-date GPS app to navigate to the property.

☀ Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ While the property is not ADA compliant, it offers step-free access directly from the parking lot via a level, unique mountain pathway. You can enjoy the stunning elevated 2nd-floor views without the climb!

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc. so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide full bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every full bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods (for units with washers & dryers).

☀ What is it like in the winter?
➜ Beautiful! You'll likely have views of snow-capped mountains, even if there is no snow on the ground at the resort. However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can arise. While the resort does a great job at plowing & salting, we can not guarantee access won't be impacted. We also can not guarantee that pipes will not freeze or power won't be affected.

☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee?
➜ Per HOA policy, pets are not allowed. If you choose to ignore this and bring a pet, you are subject to being fined by the HOA. Certified service animals are always welcome.

☀ Is there an EV Charging station?
➜ Yes, EV charging stations are available in front of the first “E” building, located next door to the clubhouse/office. Please note that these chargers are shared facilities and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimal charging fee.
