The place needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The floors had crumbs and the carpet also. There was mouse droppings in the drawers and behind the coffee pot. I reached out and was told the place would be inspected but nothing was done e while we were there.

Positive:
Property was clean and looked like the pictures! We were also able to see bears!
Negative:
The floods creek a lot so we could hear upstairs neighbors walk around at night time but not too bad where we couldn’t sleep

Positive:
The beds were comfortable….
View was nice
Negative:
It was super small, pictures made it look way bigger. Pool same way. It’s states up to 6 people… more like four! We had two adults and three small children and felt on top of each other. The drive up to the resort is pretty crazy a fair warning would have been nice, if your unfamiliar with driving mountains make sure you take the drive before nightfall. Issues in previous reviews were still an issue. Nails sticking up in the floor, splatter was also there coming from the ceiling, missing or off outlet covers, backs of remotes definitely don’t stay on The front door didn’t have a lock higher up so my two year old could easily just unlock the door at anytime. Most of the kitchen drawers were stuck or broken, on top of having mouse droppings in them… And the mouse was running around….. There were two vacuums on site we tried to sweep but both were messed up. It was also disappointing to find out your not even allowed to smoke on the balcony, you had to go out to the parking lot. Also be aware you can hear EVERYTHING above you, every footstep, every movement of furniture. We had two different family’s above us during our stay one family with kids one with just adults and both cases sounded like a heard of elephants, which made it close to impossible to get my kids to sleep. this unit could be okay for maybe two couples, but not recommended for a family. Will not stay here again.

Me and my family had an amazing stay. The place was really spacious and we loved the view. Definitely will be back when we come back to Gatlinburg!

Me and my family had an amazing stay. The place was really spacious and we loved the view. Definitely will be back when we come back to Gatlinburg!

Only issue really, is that walls were thin and we heard neighbors fighting g early in the morning

View was good but old building, water started leaking from ceiling during our stay. Definitely not worth the money.

The view and the way it was designed on the inside. We loved the games likes tennis and corn hole

That the pool and hot tub was not open like I paid for.
